Blue's heat cycle hadn't passed by yet. As a Dominant Omega, his heat cycle lasted for only two days if carried out naturally, unlike regular Omegas whose cycles lasted for four to five days. And Recessive Omegas who were lucky to have only one day of heat.
Dominant Omegas had the most intense heat cycles and would gain increased stamina during it. Blue was still hot-blooded, but Oliver seemed to have gassed out.
