Bob trained for another month, gathering 165,000 XP and 1,500,000 coins, which was very similar to the previous month. He also raised his Bad-Level Brutal Weapon Mastery to level 3.
Bob came up with a brilliant idea. He thought about approaching a survivor under his rank, giving them all his coins, and having them purchase good boxes for him in return. However, when he tried, he discovered that he couldn't transfer coins to anyone. Frustrated, Bob realized his plan was foiled.
Shortly after, Addak appeared, having anticipated that Bob might come up with such an idea. He explained that this limitation had been put in place specifically to prevent such exploits. Then, laughing, Addak vanished.
Bob also noticed something else peculiar—monsters he killed in the Danger Zone didn't drop any mutations. This was strange since raid monsters had dropped mutations in abundance.
