Chapter 7 - riko family

Kael came back to reality

As Kael's consciousness returned to the physical world, he found himself standing in the same spot where he had accessed Ethan's Realms. The darkness of the night surrounded him, and the silence was broken only by the distant howling of wolves.

Kael took a deep breath, feeling invigorated by his new abilities. He couldn't wait to test them out and see how they would aid him in his future endeavors.

With a sense of excitement and anticipation, Kael began to make his way back to his den, eager to plan his next move and put his newfound abilities to good use.

Kael thought 'I'm sorry Riko I'm sorry that I killed you while i was sleeping I hope your wife and children will be OK you were a good Rasselbock, not in a delicious way more like your life way"

As Kael thought about Riko, a pang of guilt and regret washed over him. He remembered the tragic accident that had occurred while he was still learning to control his ShadowWolf abilities.

Kael's thoughts turned to Riko's family, and he hoped that they would be able to find comfort and solace in the wake of their loss. He remembered Riko's kindness and generosity, and the lessons he had taught Kael about the importance of community and compassion.

With a heavy heart, Kael continued on his way, his thoughts consumed by memories of Riko and the weight of his own regret.

Riko family scene:

Taro. His father, Riko, had gone out earlier that day and hadn't returned. Nara had tried to reassure Taro that his father would be fine, but as the hours ticked by, her own anxiety grew.

Taro looked up at his mother, his eyes filled with concern. "Where's Papa?" he asked, his voice trembling.

Nara took a deep breath and tried to reassure him. "I don't know, sweetie. He went out a few days ago, and he hasn't come back yet. But I'm sure he'll be fine."

Taro nodded, but his eyes remained worried. Nara pulled him into a hug, trying to comfort him as they waited for Riko's return. But as the night wore on, Nara's own fears grew, and she couldn't shake the feeling that something was terribly wrong.

Nara sat in their cozy burrow, her eyes filled with worry as she tried to comfort her son, Taro.

Suddenly, they hear a female voice. "If you want to know where is riko, well, he is dead"

Nara's eyes widened in shock as she turned to face the speaker. Taro's eyes also grew wide, and he clung to his mother's arm. "Who are you?" Nara demanded, trying to keep her voice steady. "How do you know about Riko?"

The female voice seemed to come from just outside the burrow, and Nara could sense a presence lurking in the shadows. "I've been watching you," the voice said. "I know all about Riko and his... accident."

Nara's heart sank as she processed the words. Accident? What kind of accident? And who was this mysterious woman who seemed to know so much? She took a step forward, trying to see the speaker, but the darkness outside the burrow seemed to swallow everything.

The female voice spoke again. "riko is dead and was killed and eaten today"

Nara's eyes went wide with horror as she stumbled backward, her hand flying to her mouth to stifle a scream. Taro, sensing his mother's distress, clung to her arm, his eyes wide with fear.

The female voice seemed to take pleasure in delivering the brutal news, her tone dripping with malice. Nara felt a wave of nausea wash over her as she processed the words. Killed and eaten? It couldn't be true. Riko was a strong and capable Rasselbock. Who could have done such a thing?

Nara's mind reeled with questions, but before she could ask any of them, the female voice spoke again. "And the one who killed him is standing right next to you."

The female voice spoke again. "I can't tell you the name, but it is a shadowwolf wolf"

Nara's eyes scanned the darkness outside the burrow, her heart racing with fear. A ShadowWolf? Here? She felt a chill run down her spine as she tried to process the information.

Taro, sensing his mother's fear, clung to her arm even tighter. "Mama, what's going on?" he whispered.

Nara tried to reassure him, but her voice was shaking. "I don't know, sweetie. But we need to be careful."

The female voice spoke again, her tone dripping with malice. "You should be careful. ShadowWolves are not to be trusted. Especially the one that killed Riko."

Nara's eyes widened in shock and fear as she listened to the female voice's words. She felt a chill run down her spine as she realized that the nightmare was far from over.

"What do you mean?" Nara asked, her voice trembling with anxiety. "Why will my children have to face the same monster that killed Riko?"

The female voice replied, "It's their destiny, Nara. They will have to face their own fears and demons, just like you did. But don't worry, they will be prepared. They will be stronger than you were."

Nara's mind was reeling with questions and fears for her children's safety. She knew that she had to be strong for them, to prepare them for the challenges that lay ahead. But the thought of her children facing the same monster that killed Riko was almost too much to bear.

Kael scene:

Kael have been regret killing and eating riko

Kael's eyes clouded over, his gaze drifting away from the spot where the mysterious figure had vanished. His mind began to wander, consumed by the weight of his own guilt.

Riko's face flashed before his eyes, a haunting reminder of the life he had taken. Kael's stomach churned with a mix of nausea and regret, the memory of Riko's flesh still lingering on his palate.

He had tried to convince himself that it was just survival, that Riko had been just another meal in the harsh wilderness. But the truth was, Kael had known Riko was different. He had sensed the other's humanity, his kindness and compassion.

And yet, Kael had still given in to his hunger, devouring Riko's flesh without hesitation. The shame and guilt had been eating away at him ever since, threatening to consume him whole.

Kael's eyes dropped to the ground, his voice barely above a whisper. "I'm sorry, Riko. I'm so sorry."

Since it only been a few hours ago after he killed him

Kael's eyes were still haunted by the memory of Riko's lifeless body, the warmth of his flesh still lingering on Kael's lips. It had only been a few hours since he had killed and eaten Riko, and the weight of his actions was still crushing him.

Kael's mind was reeling with the consequences of his actions, his thoughts consumed by the horror of what he had done. He had never felt so lost, so consumed by his own darkness.

He stumbled forward, his legs trembling beneath him. Kael's eyes scanned the surrounding area, as if searching for some kind of redemption, some way to undo the terrible thing he had done.

But there was none. All he could see was the endless expanse of the forest, a reminder that he was truly alone, with no one to turn to, no one to forgive him.

Only he knows who killed riko

Kael's secret weighed heavily on his conscience, a burden he alone carried. He was the only one who knew the truth about Riko's death, and the weight of that knowledge was crushing him.

As he walked through the forest, Kael couldn't shake the feeling that he was living a lie. He had presented himself as a survivor, a victim of circumstance, but the truth was far more sinister.

Kael's eyes darted nervously around him, as if he feared being discovered at any moment. But he knew he was safe, at least for now. He was the only one who knew the truth, and he intended to keep it that way.

The silence was oppressive, punctuated only by the sound of Kael's own ragged breathing. He felt like he was drowning in his own guilt, suffocating under the weight of his secret.

Kael thought,'I didn't mean to i just smell small amount of blood and I lost control even know I didn't know how it goes I know riko pled for Me to mercy him'

Kael's thoughts were a jumbled mix of guilt, shame, and regret. He replayed the events leading up to Riko's death over and over in his mind, torturing himself with the memories.

"I didn't mean to," he thought, his mind pleading for forgiveness. "I just smelled a small amount of blood and I lost control. I didn't know what was happening, I didn't know how to stop it."

But even as he tried to justify his actions to himself, Kael knew that he couldn't escape the truth. He had heard Riko's pleas for mercy, had seen the fear and desperation in his eyes.

And yet, he had done nothing to stop himself. He had given in to his baser instincts, had allowed his hunger to consume him.

Kael's thoughts were a maze of self-loathing and recrimination, with no escape from the horrors that haunted him.

I thought,'I never know that I killed him until the next day'

Kael's thoughts were laced with a mix of shock, horror, and denial. He replayed the events of the previous day in his mind, trying to make sense of what had happened.

"I never knew I killed him until the next day," he thought, his mind struggling to come to terms with the reality of his actions. "I was in a daze, consumed by my hunger. I didn't even realize what I had done until it was too late."

Kael's eyes were haunted by the memory of Riko's lifeless body, the image seared into his mind like a branding iron. He felt a wave of nausea wash over him, his stomach churning with the knowledge of what he had done.

"How could I have done that?" Kael thought, his mind consumed by self-loathing. "How could I have taken a life without even realizing it?

He heard Lyra voice in his mind. "I told riko family and his wife now hate you and never forgive you. Bye!"

Kael's eyes widened in horror as he heard Lyra's voice in his mind. The words cut through him like a knife, leaving him feeling gutted and helpless.

He stumbled backwards, his mind reeling with the consequences of his actions. Riko's family and wife... they would never forgive him. They would hate him for what he had done.

Kael felt a wave of despair wash over him, threatening to consume him whole. He had never meant for things to go this far. He had never meant to hurt anyone.

"Lyra, no..." Kael whispered, his voice barely audible. "Please... don't let them hate me..."

But Lyra's voice was gone, leaving Kael alone with his guilt and shame.

The next day, he stays in the den so that he won't be blown away again

Kael huddled in the corner of the den, his eyes fixed on the entrance as the wind howled outside. He had no intention of venturing out today, not after what had happened the day before.

The memory of being blown away by the strong gusts still lingered, leaving him feeling vulnerable and shaken. He had barely managed to find his way back to the den, and he had no desire to repeat the experience.

As the wind raged on outside, Kael wrapped his arms around his knees, holding himself tightly. He felt a pang of loneliness, wishing that someone was there to keep him company.

But he was alone, and he knew it. He had brought this fate upon himself, and now he had to live with the consequences.

Kael closed his eyes, letting the sound of the wind lull him into a fitful sleep. He knew that he couldn't stay hidden forever, but for now, it was the only place where he felt safe.
