NOMARE
Nomare, our world, might seem ordinary at first glance: people go to work, spend time with their families, eat, sleep… But in truth, this world is far deeper and more complex. Nomare is imbued with Ōma energy, which exists within everything that is alive. Humans, animals, trees, even the wind hums faintly with this energy. We humans cannot feel it; we are not even aware of its presence. But those who come from Araf… they can feel it. And they are drawn to it.
For weaker beings, Nomare is a feeding ground. Creatures that cannot survive in Araf's chaotic environment slip through cracks into Nomare, sustaining themselves by feeding on the Ōma of humans, animals, or nature itself. However, this energy is never enough for them. The power they gain in Araf cannot be replicated in Nomare; they can only manage to survive here.
Even devouring the soul of a human is nothing more than a drop of water compared to the boundless resources of Araf.

ARAF
Araf… That place is neither stable like here nor bound by logic. Araf is the infinite expanse of existence itself. It has no boundaries and cannot be mapped. A dimension of pure chaos, constantly shifting and reshaping itself. Time does not flow as it does in Nomare; hours, days, and years are meaningless there. Araf is fluid and ever-changing, a realm where new entities are continuously born.
The one and only rule of Araf is this: hunt, or be hunted. In Araf, survival depends entirely on strength. The weak are erased, while the strong evolve through the Ōma energy they gather. This energy is the very essence of life in Araf. The more Ōma one possesses, the stronger, faster, and deadlier they become. And so, an endless war rages on in Araf.

ŌMA ENERGY: THE ESSENCE OF LIFE AND POWER
To understand Araf and Nomare, you must first understand Ōma. Ōma is the essence of everything, the source of both life and power. Every creature in Araf depends on Ōma energy to survive and grow stronger. This energy can be obtained in two ways:
1. Hunting: By preying on weaker beings and absorbing their Ōma. This is the primary cause of the constant chaos and bloodshed in Araf.
2. Natural Sources: Some regions of Araf contain pools of pure Ōma energy. However, these places are typically under the control of the most powerful entities.
Ōma is not only the sustenance of life but also an addiction. Its allure is irresistible, so much so that once a being tastes Ōma, they cannot stop craving more. More Ōma means more power, more satisfaction… but this addiction can consume a being both physically and mentally.

THE GATEWAYS BETWEEN ARAF AND NOMARE
Araf and Nomare are connected, but only faintly. The bond between these two worlds is weak, existing in the form of temporary rifts known as cracks. These cracks are unstable and remain open only for a short time. Weaker beings from Araf use these cracks to escape into Nomare, but this journey is far from easy. Stronger entities often lie in wait near these rifts, preying on those attempting to flee.
Those who do manage to reach Nomare find no peace here. The Ōma energy found in humans is nothing more than a "snack" to them, incapable of fully satisfying their hunger. But it is enough to keep them alive for a little while longer.
A human catching a glimpse of Araf? Now that is a rare occurrence. Humans sometimes accidentally stumble through a crack and fall into the dark chaos of Araf. But in Araf, a human has no chance of survival. The creatures there see them as easy prey and consume them almost immediately.

ŌMA (逢魔)
Ōma is the singular energy source that sustains all life in Araf. It is consumed like food, and without it, a being will gradually weaken and eventually perish.
Ōma energy shapes everything, from a being's physical traits (strength, speed, endurance, size, attack capabilities) to its very identity (form, appearance, and nature).

2. PROPERTIES OF ŌMA
2.1. Physical Strength-Based System
Skill Foundation: There is no concept of "magic" or "sorcery" in these worlds. Everything is tied to physical superiority and evolution. The more Ōma a being possesses, the faster, stronger, and more resilient they become.
2.2. Limitless Potential
Infinite Growth: Theoretically, there is no limit to the amount of Ōma a being can gather. As they collect more, their strength increases without end.
Risk and Reward: However, this growth comes with constant danger. More power attracts more enemies and brings greater risks.
2.3. Permanence
Retention: Once gained, Ōma energy is permanent and cannot be lost. However, using this energy can cause physical fatigue. This exhaustion is temporary but can be fatal if it occurs at the wrong moment.
2.4. The Cost of Control
Burden of Strength: High levels of Ōma energy place immense strain on a being's body and mind. Those unable to control this power may self-destruct or go insane.
Transformation Risks: Those who push beyond their limits may achieve greater power, but it always comes at a price.
---
3. USE OF ŌMA: THE EVOLUTION OF POWER
3.1. Physical Power Amplification
Speed: Beings with high levels of Ōma can move at speeds beyond human perception.
Endurance: Powerful entities become almost indestructible.
Strength: The ability to crush buildings with a single strike or lift massive boulders.
3.2. Evolution of Form
Transformation: Ōma energy directly affects a being's form. More Ōma results in more complex, powerful, and massive forms.
3.3. Density and Environmental Impact
Aura of Power: Beings with extremely high levels of Ōma influence their surroundings:
The ground trembles with their movements.
The air around them grows heavy with pressure.
Their mere presence can cause destruction.
