From Suikoden to the Multiverse

"Damn it!"

I shout to heaven as I regret my past decision. What decision? The decision not to take all the powers I have in that fucking CYOA.

For some reason, I get transmigrated into another world with all the choices I made in CYOA I filled last night. Why do I regret it? I choose Sandbox Mode but with a rule. It is a Worm (web novel) CYOA, but I chose an alternate world. The rule is that I can only choose five powers from the CYOA. However, there is a twist. I can take as many minor powers as possible and as many out-of-context powers like Chakra and Cultivation. Not only that, the upgrade and combined power are free games as well.

I also can take all the perks, items and skills in the CYOA. Of course, I take all of them. 

It still makes me a very powerful person, but it is a shame that I did not take all of the power in the CYOA and become a God.

I release a sigh and start to see what kind of power I have. At the moment, I have seven out-of-context powers: Cultivation, Inner Beast, Magic, Psychic, Aura, Sorcery, and Chakra.

Cultivation is your Xianxia power that lets me be immortal. The more I cultivate, the stronger I become and the longer I can live. Not only that, I also have four perks along with this. The first one is the ability to heal to my peak each time I break through a stage of cultivation. The next one is enchantment. It lets me enchant any items with internal energy or heavenly energy to make them sharper, harder, or even more destructive. The third one is the Meridian Awakening. That means I can awaken someone's talent so they can cultivate it. Of course, their talent depends on their luck. The last one is Alchemist. It lets me refine plants, minerals, or other substances to create pills or elixirs.

Inner Beast is a power from an ancient beast inside me.

'I am not that ancient.'

Ah, that must be her.

I take a deep breath and appear in the middle of a massive mountain. Flying above me is a massive eastern dragon with golden and silver scales. Wind and lightning surround her as she dances in the sky.

After a few seconds, she lands in front of me and looks at me with a massive grin on her face.

"Hello there, master."

"Master?"

"Of course. The being that put me here helps my kind survive extinction, and I promise you can help me repopulate my kind in the future."

"Really? Are you facing extinction?"

"Yes. The humans hunt my kind to the brink of extinction, and they will succeed if not for the being that gives you all these powers. If you promise to help me get a mate and help me repopulate my kind, I will swear to help you. Use my power as much as you want. I, the last Amatsu, swear to you."

I look at the dragon and smile.

"I promise."

She puts her snot into my head, and I return to the real world. I can feel my connection with Amatsu get stronger, and I can now command Wind, Water, and Lightning with ease. I also get four perks from this: Ferocious Presence, Rage Mode, Beast Avatar, and Shared Sense.

The first one gave me the power of the King from One Punch Man. An invisible presence akin to a ferocious beast. The second one let me enter a mode where I am more akin to Amatsu than a human. That means I have absolute control over water, wind, and lightning. I can create storms, hurricanes, or even tsunamis. The third one is an ability that lets me summon Amatsu into the real world but in a weaker form. However, even in a weaker form, she is still very powerful.

'You damn right!'

I chuckle a little and continue. The last one is Shared Sense. That means I have her sense. When I concentrate enough, I can watch the world move at a slow time. It is not that powerful because I can also do this when I reach a certain level in my cultivation.

I smiled a little and continued my checklist.

Magic is your regular magic. However, my magic is not static. That means my magic can adapt to all magic in the multiverse. Like always, I have four perks alongside this power. The first one is a magic robe, hat, and staff. It boosts my magic range and power. At the same time, my robe and hat will change any power that only affects X number of people at a time to affect X plus 1. It's not the best, but it is soul-bound to me so that I can summon or de-summon them at will. It also has a self-cleaning function. The second one is a ring in my right middle finger. When I rub this ring, I can open a portal to a pocket dimension containing a library full of spells from a very powerful magician. Most of them are notes from their experiment, but there are books containing spells and rituals. The third one is Mana Awakening, a power that lets me awaken someone's mana and let them become a mage. The last one is Familiar. I take a deep breath and summon my familiar. A second later, a small dragon appears in front of me. I know that he is a male dragon that reigns over fire and wind.

The dragon chirps at me and rubs his head against mine.

'Him'

I blink for a second and say.

"What?"

'I want him to be my mate. He will be a perfect alpha for me. He will continue to grow and can take me as his mate when he reaches a certain stage.'

I look at my new familiar and say.

"Right. Anyway, your name shall be Fafnir."

Yup. I am bad at naming. Sue me.

The next one is Psychic. It is the power of the mind. At its basic level, it can do mind reading, telepathy, telekinesis, force projection/reflection, clairvoyance, and mental healing. At its highest, I can even rewrite reality like the people from the Warhammer universe.

Just like before, I have four perks. The first one is Holocron. It is an item that lets a master Psychic teach me their technique. At the start, it is only the basics; they will teach me more after reaching a certain stage or passing their test. The second one is an amplifier helmet. It lets me increase my range of power by one hundred times. It can amplify the range to a multiverse range, but it will take a long time to do so in the future. The third one is awakening; just like the last two, I can awaken someone's Psychic power. The last one is Mental Relief. I can restore people's psyches to healthy levels regardless of what damage they suffered; examples include master effects, conditioning, mental illnesses such as depression or Alzheimer's. I can bring people out of a coma as well. While it requires my personal attention to a single individual at first, I can train this ability to be a constant aura effect that can encompass entire cities at the perk of mastery.

The next one is Aura. It is a power from RWBY. It is a power coming from my soul, creating shields and enchanting my physical strength. This power has three perks. The first one is that I have a keep respawning dust mines in my pocket dimension (I will explain this power later). It will expand and respawn each day until it reaches its maximum expansion. I don't know how big it will be, but it will be massive. The second one is semblance. It is an instant unlock semblance for me. What semblance do I get? I get Dust Enchantment. It is the ability to enchant the dust I hold and make it even more powerful. How powerful? Theoretically, I can make a black hole if I keep enchanting Gravity Dust to the very limit. The last one is the ability to awaken an aura in someone.

The next one is Sorcery. It is the power of Jujutsu Kaisen—the ability to use Cursed Energy to destroy or heal. I get five perks from this power. The first one is the Mahoraga Wheel that stays in my soul. I can adapt to any phenomenon, including stuff like time, space, or soul-based attacks. The more powerful and esoteric the phenomenon, the more turns of the wheel are needed for the adaptation to take effect. The next one is Cursed Tool Creation. By submerging an item in the blood of a powered being, including myself, and channeling cursed energy into it, I can turn the item into a cursed tool. The item's use and history will influence the powers it gains. The third one is cursed energy awakening—the same as the others. The fourth one is Shikigami User. I can summon monstrous creatures resembling cursed spirits to serve as familiars, performing various tasks or aiding in battle. I know how to summon shikigami of various strength levels, but to use them, I must first tame them and make them submit to me. The last one is Cursed Adaptation. What does this do? I can copy someone's technique but change it so it uses Cursed Energy instead of foreign energy.

The last one is Chakra. It is a power from Naruto. It is an ability to control my spiritual energy. I get five perks from this power; the first one gets me the power from Ashura and his descendants. What does this mean? I have access to Wood Release, Boost in Healing Factor, and Six Path Sage Mode. The second one gives me a massive affinity for Seal and a scroll that will teach me how to be a Seal Master. The third one is the ability to use the Eight Gates technique, which even lets me use the last gate without killing myself. The fourth one is the ability to let me give some chakra to someone and let them use jutsu. The last one is the ability to create a Curse Mark on someone, granting them power and letting me resurrect into their body.

Now, into my power. I have five of them: Body-Mod Tinker, Tinker of Fiction, Pocket Dimension, Inventory, and Marketplace.

Body-Mod Tinker allows me to change someone's body. That also includes me. It makes me a master of biology, and while it does not grant me biomancy power, I can create a machine that has the same function as Biomancy. That means I can even do cloning, brainwashing, or make my body more powerful.

Tinker of Fiction is a power that gives me a blueprint from fictional universes like Mass Effect and lets me craft their technology. Each week, the blueprints will change from one world to another. That means I need to build what I want within that window of time. It can be powerful and weak at the same time. If I cannot build that Tinker Tech within a week, I cannot continue that project as I don't have a way to continue.

Pocket Dimension is just like its name. A pocket dimension the size of the continent of Asia and Europe combined. Not only that, I have absolute control over this pocket dimension. Change it into a hellish place? Done. Change it into a place where only air and fire exist? Done. I decided to change it to Earth just because I am too lazy. I will change a portion of it to something more exciting when I have time.

Inventory grants me access to an inventory like in the games with 96 slots open; similar items are stackable, and any item that I touch will be placed inside simply by being willing to do so, while retrieved items can appear in a chosen area within 10 meters from me. I can designate a set of equipment or outfits to be quickly swapped using a mental command. Not only that, but I can also store a willing living being inside my inventory, preserving them.

The last one is Marketplace. It lets me go to a pocket dimension where I can buy and sell things from the multiverse. It is a very powerful power for my Tinker of Fiction.

Mixture Power! It is a power that will appear when you pick two or more powers. I have two of them, and one of them turns into Tinker of Fiction. The other one is a phone that let me become a Free Contractor of the Company, a Multiverse Slaver group. With this, I can capture someone and earn points that let me buy more power.

Wait! Does the being that put me here pick the last build?

I quickly take out my company phone and release another scream of frustration because it is the build alongside this one. I only get a few points as starting points, but at least I get more points from capturing targets. Not only that, I do not choose any talent or defense from this Waifu Catalog and only pick perks that help me capture targets and let me go to another world.

I shake my head and open the mission section. I will take some missions that are available for this world for now. At least this world is not that high of a tier.

This is Suikoden World, Suikoden V exactly. A world full of war with Rune, who can destroy a country. However, it is rarely used, and the monsters in this world are not that powerful. I can survive in this world and get stronger while completing the mission of the company.

Lastly, I looked at the map and saw that I was near Yashuna Village. I need to know which time I arrive and make plans from there.
