The air inside the hall was frozen cold.
Winter and Hyomi's faces were pale.
"Hey," Evan Park asked Hugo Kang in a fierce voice, directed at the back of his head.
"What did you say?"
Hugo slowly turned around.
Evan narrowed his eyes and asked again. "Didn't you hear me? I asked what you said."
Hugo snickered. His pitch-black eyes gleamed coldly above his black mask.
Hugo opened his mouth slowly, as if it wasn't a big deal. "I said you're like a dog."
Evan's face showed disbelief. "You insolent bastard?"
At that, Hugo looked down at Evan sharply. His lips were parting again as if he was about to say something.
Winter flinched. There was no way anything polite would come out of that sociopath's mouth. Feeling urgent, Winter shouted loudly.
"Wait a moment!"
Hugo's gaze shifted to Winter's face. Evan and Hyomi also looked at Winter simultaneously.
After taking a deep breath, Winter hurriedly pointed to the glass on the table and said, "I'll drink it."
