Ryan shrugged and replied.
"We can just tell them to quietly record without doing anything else. Then there's no chance of getting caught."
"But that becomes illegally obtained evidence again, which we can't submit in court. It's still illegal to record or film other people's conversations without participating, no matter what."
Ryan sighed lightly. Then he leaned back in his chair and said.
"Winter, do you think we're doing this because we don't know that?"

"Why wouldn't we know that only recordings made by a participant in the conversation are legal? Then we wouldn't need to give prior notice about recording and it would be convenient in many ways."
"That's why I'll go myself!"
"You're so stubborn. Absolutely not. We can't ask you to do something like that."
