The Pong-go intelligence has received upon its beggars the need to approach strategy. In it, "Phantal" was trusted with a very difficult task. Defeating the legendary, the undefeatable, cultivator and strategist known as Forest of Life. His magic is superior, his talent insurmountable, and above all, no one can surpass him.

"Overreach scheduled to comply, report to commanders Won Do and Pang Yuan. Over." - Mithril the Beggar

As time do tell of the attack, Phantal is scheduled to comply with commanders Won Do and Pang Yuan for an overreach engagement with the Mikkei Gong Ninjas and Forest of Life. They are now at toe to toe with the greatest fighter the Earth has ever seen, and with that, the one that may take back the glory of the White Dragon's Clan.

The beggar association is actually controlled by some of Military's intelligence forces of the past. Lost their jobs and no one to turn to, they choose the beggar force to train them into a force to be reckon with. Then later used to serve their King or Sponsored personnel.
"The first engagement of the attacks are a known ninja operatives group by the name of Mikkei Gong Ninjas. Beggars, position your selves now for any sights of the Mikkei Gong Ninjas, over?" - Phantal
"Those ninjas are good good sir, how do we track them?" - Beggar 3
"Use eye foresight if possible, dowse if needed, clairvoyance are through crystal balls. Report to me if you find anything." - Phantal

Upon the use of Eye of Foresight, the beggars sense the dangerous auras of the Mikkei Gong Gang in a certain part of Tokyo. They were approaching leads from a rival beggar association named the Han-do, but all leads were shut as the beggar association stated to them that this involves the safety of operation and procedural compliances of all beggar intelligences - all it took to know that possibility was a wink from their rival, the Pong-go beggars.
Unable to trust the beggars, they turned to the ninja association for help. The ninja association did help, but only gave a warning:

The Mikkei Gong is now deliberately targeting the King of Beggars, though it may seem that Mithril the Beggar is one, he is only a prince compared to the real royal.
