Hi there ,my name is Jeff Davis and am the original author of this book.
The essence of this chapter is to familiarise with couple of terms. Well, let's get to it.
KAMI
This are people in the Shinto shrine who act as guides and Sensei to other members of the shrine. The Kami are a partially independent unit in the Shinto shrine since they only work under the Kannushi. A Kami has tremendous amounts of energy called Musubi.
MUSUBI
This is special energy that surges through every living thing but only a few are able to tap into its true essence. Musubi can make someone do things normal people can't since it boosts your physical qualities. For example: a person who has tapped into the true essence of Musubi can be able to levitate while someone who hasn't tapped into the true power of Musubi can't.
KANNUSHI
These are holy priests considered to be the leaders of the Shinto shrine and have tapped into the essence of Musubi. The Kannushi consist of six member , each from the six head clans founding the Shinto religion. The determine all decisions made in the shrine and only answerable to a Ginshu.
GINSHU
A Ginshu is a person who has abilities surpassing a Kannushi and a Kami. A Ginshu has significantly huge amounts of Musubi flowing in them and are very powerful in combat. They have surpassed the limits of Musubi limitations which cause someone who has tapped into the true essence of Musubi to cease in development in Musubi manifestation. Through out the history of Shinto religion, only three Ginshus have been in existence hence very rare. The Ginshu have also mastered Shinkai so perfectly that it is practically in them.
SHINKAI
A Shinkai is basically the pinnacle of Musubi manifestation. Shinkai boosts the user's basic qualities above the level it was enhanced by Musubi but it mostly works by boosting a single ability to the maximum hence specialising on one ability but rarely is it that you find a Shinkai specialising on multiple abilities.
KANNAGARA NO MICHI
This are the basic rules set by the founders of the Shinto religion.
MOHBI
This are creatures that exhibit Musubi but in a negative way. The Musubi in them is more than that of a basic Musubi manifester. Hence basic mohbis are stronger than basic Musubi manifester but are of the same level. Mohbi usually are ranked according to the amount of Musubi and the mastery of their power.
