Skylar's knuckles whitened as she clenched the edge of the table. Her voice was as sharp as ice. "What do you mean, 'one of them is inside our team'? Who?"
Liana did not flinch. "I do not know who it is, but somebody close to you has been feeding them information."
Julian slammed his fist on the table. "This is ridiculous! You can't just drop something like that without proof.
"I don't need proof," Liana snapped back, the ice in her tone unmistakable. "I've been around this game long enough to know what a leak looks like. Your team is compromised."
Jasper leaned forward, his eyes searing into Liana. "Convenient for you to say that now. What's to stop us from thinking you're the leak?
Because I'm not stupid enough to destroy my own safe haven," Liana snapped, turning back to Skylar. "The question is, how well do you know the people you're working with?"
