"What…was that thing?" it more of fell from his mouth. The sheer size, the look, the blades, everything about it was designed from the pits of hell. Ren had turned to Von for an answer who seemed to be deep into his thoughts.
"The Devil's executioner." he closed his eyes momentarily as they walked through the gloomy vegetation, "they say they were once beasts but were…morphed by some evil entity or something. The lore is old, and I never really understood it." he dismissed rather quickly, but it got Ren thinking even more.
Was that the effect of the great corruption? It turned beasts into that? What were the odds that the thing he slew minutes ago was once a beast with a life and a family? Ren kept to himself as they continued to walk through the bushes and structures that once existed. After walking for what felt like an eternity but was only half an hour, Ren noticed something to be extremely off.
