However, on his first day, before he could even start, he received shocking news that shattered his hopes: "The best academy on the entire continent is on the verge of closing down!" Instead of giving in to despair, Hadean resolved to take matters into his own hands. "The academy may be doomed, but I refuse to let my future share the same fate. Chapter 1 - Prologue

I shouted in excitement.

"Finally! I reached my destination. The Elite Academy.

An Elite Academy that is founded by the the greatest emperor who unified all kingdom's under his command, Leaon the great.

This is an academy that many nobles kid's hope to attend since young age.

After all, I always wanted to explore the outside world and this an great opportunity that my father brought for me which i will not let get to waste.

'I will teach noble, make connections through them, earn money and one day raise a family of my own.'

That was my plan from the start.

"Let's go!"

Muttering under breath, I started run towards the academy at full speed.

I had walked and ran for many days to get here and I'm very tired right but thought about my bright future which was in front of me was keeping from exhaustion.

I enthusiastically raced to the front gate, but soon stopped short.

'But why is the Academy so cluttered?'

Desks and other equipment were being moved out of the academy's main building and annex.

I grabbed a laborer who happened to be passing by.

"Is something happening at the academy?"

"What? Haven't you heard?"

"What happened?"

The laborer said bluntly.

"The headmaster failed in her investment and lost all her money, Elite Academy is going bankrupt!"

Tsk-!

My heart sank.

The academy had been ruined since my first day.

Hesitation gripped me as I stood there, the words echoing in my mind. The dream I had held so tightly to, the one my father had worked tirelessly to secure, was crumbling before my eyes.

"What… what does this mean?" I managed to ask, my voice barely more than a whisper.

The laborer shrugged, his gaze shifting back to his work.

"It means everything's going on sale—books, desks, even old equipment. The headmaster's in debt up to her ears, and now she's trying to salvage whatever she can. Don't know what will happen to the students."

I felt a bitter taste in my mouth, the reality of the situation sinking in.

The Elite Academy, a place of dreams and aspirations, was becoming a ghost of its former self. All those years of hoping, of planning, and now it felt like it had been all for nothing.

I had wanted to be part of something great, to learn under the best, to achieve my own greatness—but it seemed that dream was about to slip through my fingers.
