To fully understand the situation, we must go back a little earlier.

Sebas and Pleiades surveyed the surroundings, noting the vast expanse of grassland with no threats or lifeforms around it.
"It seems to be a grassland with no living beings detected. I should contact Cain-sama."
Casting the spell Message, Sebas prepared to report his findings. However, to his surprise after waiting a while, the spell connected to Albedo instead.
"Albedo, so it was you who answered," Sebas says.
"Yes, why are you calling me? Don't you need to report your findings to Cain-sama?" Albedo answers and asks him about his actions.
"I've been trying, but for some reason, he doesn't respond. It might be that Message has changed its function in this new world, possibly gaining a distance limitation."
"Yeah, you are right. This possibility does exist. Don't worry; I'll report in your place."
"Thank you very much. May I also request your orders as the overseer of Guardians on what we should do next?"
"Sure. Return to Nazarick with the Pleiades and protect the Ninth Floor as instructed by the Supreme Beings."
"Understood."
Sebas and the Pleiades began their way back to Nazarick.
---
Meanwhile, Albedo worked to carry out the orders left by the last Supreme Being. She raised Nazarick's security to the maximum, deploying monsters, traps, and the residents of Nazarick, including the Floor Guardians, to prepare for any potential threat.
Attempting to contact Cain again with a Tier 3 Message spell, Albedo found her efforts futile. The spell itself activated properly but failed to reach him.
The spell worked for Sebas, even though he was further away than the distance between me and Cain-sama. It shouldn't be a distance issue. Moreover, the Throne Room doesn't have anti-communication capabilities. Albedo thinks to herself
Could transferring to this new world have introduced unknown risks? Or is Cain-sama too busy handling an enemy to respond?
Panicked, she issued an emergency order.
"To all Floor Guardians except the Eighth and Fourth Floor Guardian, leave your posts and report to the Tenth Floor Throne Room immediately!"
Demiurge uses Magic to contact her
"What has happened, Albedo? Didn't Cain-sama order us to remain at our posts?" Demiurge ask.
"An emergency situation has arisen. Cain-sama is unreachable, and there's a risk something has happened to him in the Throne Room." Albedo answer
The urgency in her voice left no room for argument. The Floor Guardians, understanding the gravity of the situation, rushed to the Throne Room at full speed. Only Gargantua, the Fourth Floor Guardian, and Victim, the Eighth Floor Guardian, remained at their posts.

This chain of events led to the current situation.
"I told you nothing would happen to Cain-sama!" Aura tells her brother and fellow sixth-floor, Guardian Mare.
" yes...you were right, Onee-chan," Mare answered with his shy demeanor.
"In any case, the mere thought of something could happen to the supreme being who transcended levels and job classes to be hurt by something is bashful," Shalltear says in an irritated voice, clearly trying to mock Albedo.
Albedo took the bait and answered with an angry face. One could see a purple Aura around her.
Albedo: "I am sure your little Brain couldn't handle it, But this is the best action we could take in the face of an unknown threat; even if nothing happens, We can't take the risk. As He's the last Lord remaining with us."
"What did you say?" Shalltear let herself provoke with a red Aura around her.
"Do you want to die!"
Albedo and Shalltear get close to each other, clearly about to start a girl's fight.
Then Cocutus speak
"You are in front of our great lord. It is disrespect!" His words, which are serious yet warrior-like, calmed the winds and stopped the fight.
"we're terribly sorry, Cain-sama!" Shalltear and Albedo apologize while bowing together.
I should act as their ruler ehh how should I play this part
"It's forgiven beware of this next time"
"Yes!" they say in unison.
Demiurge: "I agree with Albedo's actions, though the situation could have been handled more tactfully." Now that Demiurge continues the conversion after the awkward moment.
Cain observed them with his Dragon Eyes. The enhanced vision allowed him to perceive their emotions as r lights around them. Aura and Mare have honest intentions with no guiltier motives, looking at the bright light around them, while Deimurge, Shalltear, and Albedo have some dark around, showing how their feelings for each other are reflected in negative intentions.
As they bow before him Cain realized he needed to provide an explanation for his current state to buy himself time to adapt to the situation.
Cain: "I see. I worried you for nothing. The reason I was unreachable is that I was inspecting the changes brought about by our transfer to this unknown location. As a result of transferring to this world, I've lost all abilities except for my racial ones."
Shock rippled through the Guardians.
Demiurge: "Could this have been caused by an outside enemy?"
Cain: "No. I haven't detected any threats with my Dragon Eyes, so the chances are slim".
Seeing their acceptance of my observation makes me curious about how much they know about me, as my race doesn't exist in Yggadriasil, and even the parts like dragons or demons aren't the same between universes.
Continue talking
"So for now, I can't cast even simple spells like Message, which is why I couldn't respond to Sebas or Albedo."
He paused before continuing.
"That said, I should be able to relearn magic from the library in the near future. For now, I want Nazarick's forces to expand their information network and gather intelligence. Extend Nazarick's influence as much as possible, but be discreet. Avoid revealing yourselves unnecessarily, and don't kill too many people—mortals may have their uses in the future."
Cain's thoughts drifted to the gods from Second Life Ranker.
From what I remember, the gods from the Second Life ranker use faith to become greater and Stronger and establish a divine domain they can control. It will need in-depth investigation in the future, but for now, I should keep as many mortals as possible for future use in the future.
Guardians (in unison): "As the Supreme Being wishes!"
Cain: "Dismissed."
With that, Cain teleported himself to Nazarick's Great Library with Ainz owl gown ring, ready to begin his preparations.
