After parting ways with Instructor Jacob, Jeremy begins walking towards the Canteen. He has already seen the direction on the map.
While walking, he couldn't help but ponder. Now he is representing a fallen department. The future of the department rests on his shoulders.
But what if Instructor Jacob's words are true? Then he would get support from the Dean. Gaining her support would be a good thing.
Jeremy not only wants to get support, but he also wants to establish a relationship. If he is backed by her, then no one at the University can harm him.

He reaches the location where he sees a massive rectangular building. People can be seen having lunch outside with their friends. There is also a big crowd eating inside.
It's the general canteen for the first years.
Looking at the people coming and going, carrying their food plates, Jeremy resumes walking. He arrives at the counter and receives a food plate. Then he finds an empty chair nearby.
He sits down and places the food plate on the table before starting to eat. At the same time, he perks up his ears to listen to people's conversations.
"Hey, have you heard the big news?"
"The children of the two powerful families are recruiting freshers who have no background."
"Tsk!"

About 20 minutes later,
He walks out of the canteen after having lunch, but his mind is on something else.
"Violet Heath and Enrest Knox," Jeremy uttered.
These two names are the most talked-about names in the canteen. "If I'm right, then these two seniors are from the infamous families in City A," he thought.
Jeremy's expression tightens. Not even a day has passed, and he finds out about two infamous Beast Tamers. A wry smile appears on Jeremy's face.
When he returns to the Department Building, he bumps into the Beast Tamers inside the lift. They see him pressing the button to the 5th floor.
The three Beast Tamers standing next to him widened their eyes in surprise. A beautiful lady from the Medicine Department is with them; her class is on the 2nd floor.
The other two male Beast Tamers are from the Machinery Department.
"Hey, are you the representative of the Striker Department?" the beautiful lady asks.
Hearing that, the Machinery Department Beast Tamers shift their gazes to him as well.
"Yeah, it's me. I'm Jeremy Night. It's nice to meet you guys here in the lift," Jeremy says.
The three of them look shocked and surprised. They are aware of the news as well; they just didn't expect to meet him here in the lift.
"I heard you're the only one in your department. What are you going to do?" the beautiful lady asks again.
"I heard you have awakened rare combat talent. But those who are part of the Striker Department are loners. They don't have their lifeline beasts assisting them in their fights," a Machinery Department Beast Tamer with sharper intellect reveals the sore spot.
I ignore them and continue to wait.
"Hey, you..." The beautiful lady wants to say something, but her words are cut off midway.
Creak!
Because the lift door opens. She then glares at him before leaving.
The door closes, and the lift starts to move.
The Machinery Department Beast Tamers look at each other.
"I guess you don't want to talk. But remember, there's a conversation going on about who is the strongest and weakest department representative."
"In the coming days, it will gain more traction. So you have to watch your back," the smart guy says once again.
"Thanks for the information. I'll be careful," I reply this time.
The Beast Tamers smile. When the lift reaches their floor, the lift door opens. Then two of them leave, nodding to me.
The door closes again before starting to move.
"Is it some kind of ranking?" Jeremy asked himself.
When the lift reaches the last floor, the door opens. He stepped out of the lift and started walking towards the lecture hall.
After entering the lecture hall, he finds himself all alone again. This time he sits in a chair in the first row and begins to ponder.
If the news is true, then he should be wary of the other department representatives.
Time passes.
Out of boredom, he started checking the news online. The student ID has access to the media site, so he can find out what's going on here.
On the other hand, the beautiful lady shares the news with her friend about the Striker Department's representative. After learning that the person is staying on the 5th floor all alone, they are surprised.
Because for them, they don't have many breaks. The lectures are given by multiple instructors about medical topics.
