Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: A Chance Encounter at the Bar

In S City, two prominent families are renowned for their business prowess. One of them is the illustrious Leng family, led by the formidable couple, Leng Feng and his wife. They run a multinational conglomerate, and their three extraordinary sons have made quite a name for themselves. The eldest, Leng Lingwei, has inherited his father's ruthless business acumen and now manages a rapidly growing machinery processing group, earning him the nickname "The Cold-faced Killer" in the industry. The second son, Leng Qi, is a global singing sensation with countless fans. The youngest, Leng Yi, is a world-renowned internist, and securing his surgical expertise is a challenge akin to striking gold.

Among the Leng family, the least accomplished is undoubtedly the youngest, Leng Xiaoyao. Born when her parents were well into middle age, she has been showered with love and affection, spoiled to the point of being carefree. Her three older brothers treat her like a precious gem, so it's no wonder she hasn't felt the need to grapple with life's challenges. The family hopes she will live a worry-free, simple life, which has nurtured her pure-hearted and kind nature.

"Xiaoyao, which bar are we celebrating at today?" asked one of her close friends, Fei Menglu.

"Xiaoyao, remember, we're not coming back until we're completely tipsy! By the way, have you informed your brothers? We don't want them to come and haul you away when you're having a good time," chimed in her second friend, Sima Yuyao.

"Oh, relax! I already told them. They won't come to drag me back," Leng Xiaoyao replied confidently. She was petite with fair, rosy skin. Her small face was adorned with bright, expressive eyes that sparkled with mischief. When she smiled, her eyes turned into crescent moons, her lips were a perfect shade of red, and her delicate nose added to her charm, making her appear both playful and enchanting.

"Who doesn't know that her three brothers guard her like hawks, terrified someone might whisk her away?" Pei Menglu, who had grown up alongside Xiaoyao, understood all too well her brothers' protective instincts.

"Menglu, you're teasing me again! Just wait till I tickle you!" The two began to playfully chase each other down the street, with Sima Yuyao soon joining their antics.

"Xiaoyao, how about we find you a handsome guy to have some fun with tonight?"

Leng Xiaoyao patted her chest confidently and declared, "Who's afraid? As long as you dare to find someone, I'll dare to go for it."

"Which 'go for it'? You can't even say it out loud! If you're scared, just admit it. We won't laugh at you," her friends teased, their mouths stretching into grins.

"Ha! You say you won't laugh, but your smiles are practically reaching your ears!"

Not wanting to seem timid, Xiaoyao asserted, "As long as you two find someone brave, I'll be brave too!"

"You said it! No backing out," they teased, clearly skeptical about Xiaoyao's courage, especially considering the protective nature of her brothers.

"Alright, look! There's a bar right here called 'Drunken Dreams.' It looks upscale. Shall we go there?" Unbeknownst to them, they had already arrived at the bar's entrance while chatting.

"Let's go! We must celebrate tonight without holding back!" Leng Xiaoyao exclaimed as she led the way into "Drunken Dreams."

She felt an unusual excitement bubbling within her. Having been sheltered by her family all her life, she was determined to indulge and embrace her wild side just this once.

The three friends entered a private room in the bar and ordered a whole case of spirits.

"Cheers to our graduation!" they toasted, losing themselves in the revelry, the clinking of glasses and the sounds of gulping filling the air.

Before long, they had finished an entire case of liquor. Leng Xiaoyao reached for a drink and noticed, "Menglu, we're out of alcohol. Can you get some more? I need to use the restroom first."

"Sure thing! Hurry back! We're still waiting to settle our scores!" Pei Menglu and Sima Yuyao were already tipsy but felt they hadn't had enough.

"Okay!" Leng Xiaoyao stood up, swaying slightly as she made her way to the restroom, pausing to check the room number before heading out: 2060.

After finally finishing in the restroom, she walked back but, in her drunken haze, struggled to remember the room number. Wait, what was it again?

As she wandered, she spotted a room labeled 2061 and thought, "This must be it."

Completely unaware that she had walked into the wrong room, she pushed the door open. "Menglu, Yuyao, I'm back! Have you ordered the drinks yet?" she asked, her words slurring slightly.

"Eh? Where is everyone?" Leng Xiaoyao exclaimed, noticing the seats where her friends had been were now empty. Shaking her head and widening her eyes, she couldn't believe her friends had vanished. Then she looked again and gasped; there, seated in the room, was a stunningly handsome man. He stood at least 6'1", with deep-set eyes, a strong nose, and sensual lips. His chiseled features resembled a Michelangelo statue, radiating strength and allure, even more captivating than her three brothers!
