An African boy named Charles, finished highschool and wanted to further is education, studying at a reputable school in the United States of America. It has always been his dream of studying at lakes University after his highschool, Charles wasn't financially stable his family were poor, this made Charles lose hope because he couldn't raise the admission fee and sevis fee just to get admission and get an appointment booking at the US consulate.
