In a faraway place, a room is dimly lit while one person is sitting on his majestic chair, imposing a great pose, and on the other hand, the other person is bending on his knee with his hand on the floor and is looking at the imposing figure with disbelief.
The person sitting in the chair is none other than the king of Laveny Kingdom; his face radiates youth, and his yellow hair gives him the aloof personality that no one can deny his existence, and the person who is in disbelief is the Duke of Saldim Duchy, with the strong yet slim build and handsome face coupled with blue eyes.
What could King possibly have said that made Duke react like that? While from the king's view it is nothing but just his way of thinking, for the duke it is as if taking his own life.
One night while sleeping, King dreamed a prophecy where he was revealed that a day will come where stars will shine so bright that they will fade the moon's light, and a child will be born on that day in his kingdom whose cry will soar through the sky as stars will make their way for their beloved child. He will rise up to become the king.
The same king who was nonchalant just before woke up that night from a dream as if it was his worst nightmare. He felt he would lose his status as king and his kingdom would be snatched away.
The very next morning, the king held his meeting with his most trusted aides. King explained all the things that he saw in the dream. The aides also felt the same way as the king felt. They felt an ominous vibe as if what King felt would happen.
Among those aides, the duke was also present there. All the people suggested various plans to avoid this foreseen thing. But the duke was opposite to all the things, and he explained that the queen is pregnant and there is nothing to worry about.
The duke said, "You all know that Queen, her highness, is pregnant. It isn't an ominous dream but rather a blessing that a child will be born loved by stars.".
By hearing this, all thought about that the Queen is indeed pregnant, and this could be a blessing rather than a disaster.
But, someone said, "What if someone else were to be the child?".
The room felt silent as if one could hear the heartbeat of others. No one dared to voice anything about it.
But one of the others said, "If that was the case, then why would the king receive such a dream?" It is a blessing just as explained by Duke that he foresaw that dream. It must mean the child will be born from the queen.
Again, the room felt silent.
King placed his elbow on his chair and, with his hands on his face, started thinking.
No one dared to disturb the king as though they were afraid they would touch something they shouldn't dare to.
Finally, after a couple of minutes, he finally sighed and said, "Let the meeting end here."
No one knew what the king thought there, and no one could muster the courage to ask what he thought.
