Chase and Artemis arrived at the dorm and began walking together, chatting as they went.
"So, when am I going to find out who this third wife is, and when will I meet her?" Chase asked.
Artemis glanced at him. "She's Athena's roommate. She works at my aunt Hestia's café, so she can make her own money and stay separate from her father."
Chase furrowed his brow. "Don't all gods have money? Why does she need to work?"
Diana sighed. "She was a nymph before she became a minor goddess. She's not an Olympian like me or Athena, and her strength was... lacking until recently. Apparently, your powers have boosted her potential. Honestly, I'm starting to think you're connected to my subconscious," she said skeptically.
Chase looked at her, confused. "I am. That's what these are for—and how I always know where you are," he said, gesturing to his ring.
