"Arghh! Why my life is so fucked up!"
Zinia screamed in frustration. Her voice faded out inside the walls of her room. Thankfully, her roommate was on a vacation, otherwise she would roll up her eyes and say.
"Why are you barking in the middle of the night! Let me sleep."
A bunch of assignment copies were lying idly on her desk, which she had to complete before morning. The mailbox was left opened in her laptop with some unfinished mails, which she had to write and send. And what all she was doing was, sitting on the floor, completely clueless! Her head was hurting like hell, and eyes wanted a break to rest.
Is that the university life that she craved for, since her childhood!
....
Zinia realised in her teenage that her life was got to be fucked up, when she was transferred to the high school from the middle school. As an introvert since childhood, she never really made friends or had a good time with people. She always loved to be alone, inside the walls of her room, and in the corner tables of the school.
But soon after admission, her high school life became a nightmare. Not only her seniors, but her classmates also used to bully her! Everyday she used to come home, lock herself up in her room, and cry. Yes, she didn't know how she became a crybaby throughout her high school years.
She longed to escape from this high school and get into her university life. She thought her life would get better once she got out of the school. And maybe that's why, on the day of graduation when the whole school was crying being emotional, she was happy like anything!
But..
Little did ahe know, nothing's gonna change really.
Her university life was no different from her high school life. Ragging and bullying were her fate's bestfriend maybe. Soon after entering the university, she realised her life only got worse.
She ended up being alone, abandoned and doing her classmates as well as seniors' assignments.
Well, that's not the end of her misfortune. Another surprise was waiting for her. It was Max, the player!
One day she bumped accidentally into Max, the popular senior year student, studying in a prestigious sports scholarship.
Whether it's a basketball or a girl's heart, the campus king never failed to excel in his skill. So how could he let the nerd go!
Zinia caught his attention, and she couldn't realise when and how she became his assignment writer and a laughterstock at campus!
She tried her best to keep a safe distance from him. In her free time in between the classes, she hid in the corner tables of the century old library where he never used to come, and engaged herself in voluntary works to stay away from campus. That is how her oh so simple university life was going on!
....
After sitting for a while, she stood up from the floor. She had to send the mails of her office where she worked part-time, to the recipients. Then she had to complete the given project of her major, and after that write the assignment of Max, and everything had to be done before morning!
She went towards the kitchen. It's gonna be a long night, and only a cup of strong hazelnut coffee could help her survive!
But maybe, luck loves to betray her! As soon as she poured milk and coffee into the mug, the frother stopped working.
"Argh! Why I'm so fucked up!"
She screamed again. After a busy long day, she was preparing for a night long battle, and her own frother betrayed her! How disgusting!
After fifteen minutes she finally prepared her favourite coffee, with a spoon instead of the frother and hurting her wrist. She returned to her desk, started to complete her remaining works.
It was almost 3 am. Her head started aching again, her wrist went numb. Finally she completed her office works and major project, but the assignment of Max was still to be completed.
"Max.. you brat! Why don't you write yourself!"
She stopped writing . It was impossible to do the assignment farther for her.
Zinia looked at the starry night sky through her window. Gazing at the beautiful sky, she murmured.
"Why am I like this! Why my life doesn't get better! Why!"
Slowly, she put her head on the desk and closed her eyes. Soon, she fell asleep.
....
"Miss, get up! It's already morning, miss!"
An unfamiliar voice was coming in Zinia's ears. Who's calling her! Her roommate!
She asked in a sleepy voice, without opening her eyes.
"Linda, weren't you on a vacation! Why did you come back so early!"
The voice asked her in a surprised tone.
"Linda! No miss, you are mistaken. I'm Maria!"
Zinia slowly opened her eyes. What nonsense she's talking!
But soon her eyes widened. Where's she! It was not the apartment they live! It's huge, like... Like..
A castle!
She jumped up on the bed. Rubbing her eyes with both hands, she looked around.
It was indeed unfamiliar! She found out instead of her small rented apartment, she was lying on a huge bed, in a really huge room fulled with exotic and luxury furnitures!
"Good morning miss. As per your instructions, hot water, and all the other things have been arranged in your bathroom. Have a nice shower!"
She looked at the woman who was talking till now. A woman in her thirties, was standing beside the bed. The dress indicated that she was a helping hand, but the quality of the dress material was way pricier than her own outfits!
"Where am I!"
She murmured.
The woman seemed a little confused.
"You are in your room, miss. Are you still intoxicated? Do you want me to prepare some hangover soup?"
She didn't give an answer. Her eyes were scanning the room. Just by seeing she can tell this room contained items that she could never even dared to see! How could it be her room!
Lost in thought, she suddenly heard a knock on the wooden door. A female servant was standing there with a tray on her hand.
"This dress is sent for Princess Adeline, for tonight's ball."
The lady said in a low voice.
Princess Adeline! What's that crap!
Suddenly something striked in her head. She looked towards Maria.
"Bring me a mirror!"
She nodded, and within a few seconds she gave her a mirror, with a very beautiful frame.
Zinia took it,l and looked in the mirror.
Yes! She was right! The person she was seeing in the mirror was definitely not her! She was a beautiful, gorgeous girl.
She put the mirror down. What the hell was that!
"Wait.. what! Am I transmigrated to another World!"
