Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: A New Beginning

The blaring honk of a truck was the last thing Logan heard. It wasn't fair; life had been full of half-finished dreams, but this was the cruelest. One moment he was crossing the street, thinking about the latest One Piece chapter, and the next—darkness.

As his consciousness faded, regret settled in. I never got to see the end of Luffy's journey…

When Logan opened his eyes, he was standing in a place unlike anything he'd ever seen. Endless white stretched in all directions, and there wasn't a single sound. He looked down at his hands. They were intact, solid. Wait… wasn't I just hit by a truck?

Before he could fully process, a voice echoed.

"Logan."

He spun around to see a man—or rather, a being—draped in a flowing robe. His eyes sparkled like stars, and his presence radiated an aura of infinite power.

"Who… are you?" Logan asked, cautious but curious.

"I am what you might call a ROB—Random Omnipotent Being," the figure said with a small smile. "And you, Logan, have died."

Logan's jaw dropped. "Dead? That… makes sense, I guess. But where am I? Why am I here?"

ROB nodded. "You're here because you've been chosen for a second chance. I'm offering you a unique opportunity: reincarnation into a world of your choosing."

Logan's heart raced. "You mean like those isekai stories? Wait… can I go to One Piece?"

ROB chuckled. "Indeed. That world is filled with danger, adventure, and limitless potential. It suits you, doesn't it?"

Logan didn't hesitate. "Absolutely. But, uh, what's the catch?"

"No catch. However, to survive and thrive in a world as perilous as One Piece, you'll need some help. First, let's customize your new body."

With a wave of ROB's hand, a glowing interface appeared before Logan. It looked like a character creation screen straight out of a video game.

Logan dove in, tweaking his new form. He made himself taller—six feet sounded good. His build was lean but muscular, with defined features and jet-black hair. His eyes now gleamed with an intensity that mirrored his newfound resolve.

"Looking sharp," Logan said, flexing in the virtual mirror.

ROB nodded in approval. "Now, you'll choose a talent and a unique power to give you an edge."

A list of options appeared. Logan scrolled through them, intrigued. He could choose anything from advanced swordsmanship to elemental devil fruits. Then one caught his eye: Human-Human Fruit: Model Wolverine.

"What's this?" Logan asked, tapping the option.

"A Zoan-type Devil Fruit," ROB explained. "It grants you the powers and physique of the legendary Wolverine. Adamantium-coated bones, retractable claws, rapid regeneration, and enhanced physical capabilities far beyond ordinary humans."

Logan's eyes widened. "You're telling me I can be basically unkillable and have claws like Wolverine? Sign me up."

ROB raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure? Zoan fruits demand mastery. Their power is great, but so is the challenge of unlocking their full potential."

Logan smirked. "I'll manage. Besides, I've always wanted to be the best at what I do."

"Very well," ROB said. With a wave of his hand, the choice was locked in. "Now, a final word of advice: the One Piece world is as dangerous as it is thrilling. You'll face foes who can level mountains and seas. Your powers will give you a head start, but your journey will be anything but easy."

"I wouldn't want it any other way," Logan replied, determination burning in his eyes.

ROB smiled, raising a hand. The white room began to dissolve, the light around Logan intensifying. "Good luck, Logan. Your adventure begins now."

The sensation of falling overtook Logan. Wind rushed past him, and the distant roar of crashing waves grew louder. Suddenly, he slammed into something soft and gritty. Sand.

Logan groaned, pushing himself up. He was on a beach, the salty tang of the sea filling his nose. The sky above was clear, and the vast ocean stretched endlessly before him.

He flexed his hands, and with a thought, three gleaming adamantium claws shot out from each knuckle. Logan grinned. "Hell yeah."

He gave an experimental swipe, the claws slicing effortlessly through a nearby boulder. His body felt incredible—strong, durable, and alive. He could sense the energy coursing through him, and his mind was sharper than ever.

"This is going to be fun," Logan said, retracting the claws. He glanced around, spotting a small town in the distance. The sound of bustling activity carried over the wind.

Adventure awaited, and Logan was ready to dive headfirst into the world of pirates, danger, and endless opportunity.

"Let's see what this world's got."
