In the afternoon, on the way home from work. The sky had turned darker, her mood changed after the last sentence in the meeting room entered her brain logically. Irina's life improved after the divorce, Yes! And that was the last time Irina became a good woman. After that, Irina only thought about finding a job and career. Suddenly she passed the building that she had entered before without knowing the contents of the material presented, she didn't look back for a long time. This time the building was still the same, but the number of vehicles parked there began to decrease. And Irina began to lose her enthusiasm after work because she was tired. Today she felt unwell, her breath felt tight even though she had no history of certain illnesses at all. Her head was a little dizzy even though Irina never missed meals, this happened after Irina came out of the meeting room earlier. What she said was an audit team, but Irina felt like this was like a spiritual teaching. "Huh...." Irina took a deep breath, after stopping her vehicle in the yard, she didn't want to go in there. She wanted to keep working even though her body was tired, for some reason she always missed the office even though Irina didn't get any bonuses or promotions. It's just that, for some reason she wanted to stay there. Ting... "Good evening!" A short message came in when Irina opened her cellphone, an unknown number that as usual she didn't want to respond to things like that. Because since the divorce, there were many men who teased her when shopping at the minimarket or just jogging around the housing complex where she lived. Irina went into the house.. Turning on the light switch and not forgetting to lock the door again. But after she took off her heels and work bag, Irina gasped when she went to the kitchen and found fast food again served on her dining table. Irina closed her eyes while holding back her anger. Someone had played a trick on her.. But when she opened her eyes again and hoped that this was just a hallucination, in fact the fast food was still there complete with her soda drink. "Aaaaarrggghhhhhh.....!!!" Irina screamed as loud as she could, not caring if her neighbors would hear her screams, this was too much, Irina thought. The woman immediately took a plastic bag and put all the food in it. She left the house and started the car and went back to the city, along the way Irina held back her anger while holding the steering wheel tightly. Irina's mentality had been disturbed since the divorce, but she still tried to stay calm. It was a strange job, to the point that several men tried to flirt with her. But this time she ran out of patience. Irina stopped right at her favorite fast food restaurant, because there was only one fast food restaurant in this not-too-big city. And Irina also understood the taste and shape of the food very well. "I wonder who ordered the food recently, because this food is still warm." Irina put the bag containing the food on the cashier's desk, the cashier who was on duty at night was silent while looking at the brown food bag. "Miss, we don't have a list of customer names. This is just a small restaurant. Besides, it could be someone in your house who bought it for you." Said the cashier. "I live alone at home, how could someone buy it for me?" Irina replied. "Are you sure it wasn't your neighbor who bought it?" The cashier still tried to persuade Irina to think positively, but Irina just rolled her eyes lazily. Irina was not friendly with her neighbors at all, maybe she was the only one who was too crazy to bring the food and hoped the cashier would know who put the food in her house. That was a ridiculous thing.. "Okay, I'll just eat this because this is the last meal." Irina took back her food bag, making the cashier wonder at Irina's behavior. Not to mention, the woman's appearance looked messy. A shabby work shirt and only wearing flat sandals because she was in a hurry. Irina wanted to leave listlessly, but she saw someone eating at the table where she usually sat with Lucy. And it seemed like she knew that person. "Hi!" The man waved at Irina, Irina who was confused then looked right and left and back to make sure she was the one being greeted. But the restaurant looked quiet and there were only two customers, herself and the man who was eating. Being greeted like that made Irina feel uncomfortable and she replied with a smile. "Want to have dinner?" The man exclaimed. For some reason Irina nodded and instead stepped towards the man, the man swiftly pulled a chair for Irina and they sat facing each other. "I see you're carrying a food bag?" The man looked at Irina's hand, how could he know the contents of the food bag were food? Of course because of the aroma. "Want to eat together?" The man offered again, and again Irina seemed to obey him by nodding. Opening the food bag and placing it on the table, but the burger looked messy and so did the fries. Only the soda was still intact but it was no longer cold. Irina sighed, "Shall I order for you?" The man continued to offer it, but this time Irina refused. And just realized why she wanted to sit here with someone she had just seen today. "No need, thank you. I think I have to go home-" just as Irina wanted to get up from her seat, the man immediately ordered food. "Sit down, I've ordered! You must be hungry." He said, as if hypnotized, Irina sat back down like a smart girl. Not long after the food arrived, even though the man's food was finished, the man still told Irina to eat. The first bite somehow tasted delicious, like the usual days the burgers here were always delicious. "Ahem!" Irina cleared her throat, fixing her seat and her clothes which were no longer as neat as in the office earlier. "Are you the audit team at the office?" Irina asked casually so as not to be too awkward with the silence in the restaurant. "Yes." She answered briefly, her arms crossed in front of her chest while watching Irina eat. "But, the audit process is not like audits in general." Irina replied, until now she was still wondering. The man who was the first to arrive at her office and had glanced at Irina before finally entering Deborah's room, only raised one eyebrow while smiling. "Everyone who works there is smart people." The man said, an answer that didn't make sense to Irina. "Then?" "How do you know all those people won't cheat in their jobs even though they are smart people?" Irina asked. "That's why we asked about life's grip. People who have life grip like you only focus on career and work, that's why we believe." The man whose name Irina didn't know until now clearly said. "Like me?" Irina touched her chest. "Disobedient." The man continued. "How is that possible?" Irina frowned in confusion, the man took a deep breath as he slowly put both of his hands on the table approaching Irina. "Because disobedient people are people who prioritize worldly possessions, so they will work hard. Prioritizing career above all else, until they forget their God and ignore him." The man whispered, Irina fell silent instantly. Without realizing it, the hair on the back of her neck stood up because she was goosebumps hearing the man's statement. "Are all jobs like that?" Irina asked who had no idea at all because this was her first job. Or did the company just happen to do something like that to find out the psychological condition of its employees? But the man didn't answer. Irina, whose thoughts were getting more and more confused, pinched the bridge of her nose. She was probably too tired today, that's why she thought nonsense. "Okay, I think that's enough to answer my curiosity. I should go home now, thank you for the food!" Irina said, but the man stopped her and offered something to Irina again. "Hey, wait a minute! I can take you home if you want. You know, it's already late and I see you're so tired." He said, honestly Irina also felt tired. But she had just met this man, Irina was worried that this man was the same as other men who tried to seduce her. "How are you going to take me? I'm driving my own vehicle." Irina replied. "I have friends around there." He answered, Irina just nodded without suspecting at all how the man knew where Irina's house was and how there could be friends near Irina's house. But the woman just nodded and got out of the restaurant followed by the man, Irina sat in the passenger seat right next to the man who was driving. Because she was too tired Irina couldn't think clearly, not to mention that today had really drained her energy and mind. Plus, with the food that suddenly appeared in her house which was always locked. "Almost every day there is that food on my dining table." Irina said as they were both on their way to Irina's house, without Irina showing them the way. "You have an admirer, it seems." The man replied. "If he is an admirer, why doesn't he show his true identity and get to know me?" Irina replied. "Are you sure it's that easy?" The man asked back, sure enough Irina fell silent. It wasn't that easy, because there were many men who tried to approach her, but Irina openly rejected them. "Well, you're right." Irina fell silent again. "I just don't like surprises like that, it scares me." "But you're not afraid of me, we just met today." The man said. "Yeah, that's true. But at least if you were going to kill me or rape me right now, I know what you look like. Not someone who secretly puts food and breaks into my house." Irina said. That made both of them laugh, a joke at night that was quite scary. They had just met today, but for some reason Irina really liked chatting with this man. Until finally they both passed the building that always made Irina's curiosity soar, the building looked quiet and dark at night even though there were several vehicles parked in the yard. The man saw Irina looking at the building. "Have you ever been in there?" The man asked, Irina shook her head weakly until finally the building disappeared from her sight. "Maybe one day." She answered, the man nodded. "I can take you in there if you want." The man smiled, instantly making Irina stunned and turned to him. "Are you a member there?" Irina asked, not expecting that she would finally meet someone who turned out to have the same enthusiasm for the place. "I have a friend there." He answered briefly, not answering or confirming whether he was really a member there or not. "Okay, I'm ready anytime you invite me!" Irina exclaimed, the man laughed briefly. Even though Irina didn't know what was in there. The two of them arrived at Irina's house, the man got out of the car following Irina who was about to enter the house. "Okay, I have to go!" The man said, Irina really wanted to chat with him longer while serving him a cup of coffee. "Now? Don't you want a cup of coffee?" Irina asked, looking up slightly when facing the man because of his tall body weight. "No, I have something to take care of. Maybe another time." He answered, Irina nodded with a smile. The man gave Irina the car keys after Irina opened the door of the house. "Don't forget to lock the house, you often forget to do it!" The man said as if he was concerned for Irina. When they were facing each other so closely like this, Irina just realized that the man had blue eyes, as blue as the sea. Very beautiful, but covered by fairly curly eyelashes and sharp eyebrows as if always hypnotizing the person he was talking to. "Thank you for dropping me off!" Irina said, the man nodded. Just as the man was about to leave, Irina suddenly called him. "Hey, I don't know your name yet!" Irina said, the man stopped even though he was only a few steps away from Irina. Then turned around.. "My name is Noah!" He answered, his voice firm but still friendly. Irina just nodded after she finally found out the man's name. Walking further away, until finally the man's silhouette was no longer visible in Irina's sight. Irina then entered her house and didn't forget to lock the door. When she was about to climb the stairs to her room while smiling remembering tonight's incident, suddenly the steps Irina stepped on creaked. Stopping Irina's steps and the woman's chest suddenly beat fast. "He knows my house even though I didn't show him the way?" Irina immediately ran towards the kitchen, making sure there was no more food on her dining table. But it turned out, the food was there. Still warm as if it had just been delivered.
