Vampire crouched down to the guest and breathlessly
asked:
"Is it love, dear Jamien? If you so desire me, I will ask you
to the fullest."
Jamien cowered under the blazing yellow eyes flames of
an excited vampire.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean everything! It's your turn to please me," - Liorif
passionately whispered and dug into his mouth, casting a
glance at the frightened Denris, who guessed what this
huge vampire was hinting at and decided just ran away
from there.
Ex-pilot finally realised: actually he doesn't want
anything here and he have to find Gedeon urgently.
The prince did not suspect, hastily stepping beyond the
threshold of Liorif tower, that the hunt for him had
already begun.
Everyone he met looked at him excitedly and slowed
down, which is why the prince hurried straight to the
place for migrants, covering himself with the hood of a
long cloak.
"Where are you hurrying, handsome?" - He heard
someone's low voice from behind.
He was not interested in who was chasing him, and he
speeded up.
"It's impolite: not to say - Hello!"
Someone caught up him and tugged on his shoulder.
"I do not know who are you. Do not touch me!" - Denris
snapped angrily, looking back at the hefty winged one.
"We met recently, I am Ziraem," - the syrinx introduced
himself. "Why are you so unfriendly?"
"My patron is Liorif, don't you know? Don't mess with
me!"
"He asked me to look after you while he was busy. Come
with me."
"I do not trust you! And he doesn't give away his toys,"
- Denris muttered, stopping and noticing that a crowd had
begun to gather around them.
From all sides languid sighs and mocking expressions
were heard:
"How nervous you are, Prince Denris!"
"Come with us, relax, honey."
"Don't be so rude!"
Under their sparkling glances, panic came over Denris, he
began to look around frightenedly, and waving his hand,
released a wide black ribbon from his palm, which
instantly wrapped around his face, leaving only eyes.
At this action, the syrinxes laughed in unison, and
someone blurted out:
"Handsome, there is no point in hiding your face, it does
not attract us. Your fragrance!"
Tall men taller than a head surrounded Denris in a dense
ring.
"Your patron will not prevent us from talking to you in
any way. He's so busy!"
Everyone laughed out loud again.
Denris turned with desperation in his eyes to Ziraem
standing behind him.
"Well, are you coming with me or with them?" - He
whispered and shouted loudly to those around him,
grabbing the prince by the waist. - «What are you staring
at? He chose me."
The Syrinxes made sour faces and reluctantly dispersed
in different directions.
Ziraem tore the ribbon from the prince's face and led him
along.
"Where are you pulling me?" - Denris protested jerking out
his arm.
"To my home."
"I don't sleep with men!"
"Of course not," - Ziraem chuckled. - "I will only talk to you."
"Did Liorif hand me over to you? He promised that no one
would touch me."
"How naive you are, like a child! It turns me on…"
Denris managed to free his hand and went away, but
immediately was grabbed hard to the shoulder.
"Don't twitch, it's useless to run away," - Ziraem snapped
strictly and suddenly froze, staring tensely to the side.
Gedeon with flaming blue balls on his palms approached
him with a quick step menacingly. The plasmoids
whirred around with a crackle and scattered long white
sparks. The Syrinxes stepped away from him in
astonishment and rushed to flight.
"Leave him now!" - The young royal shouted loudly, and
everyone who was around immediately scattered in all
directions, devastating the street.
Ziraem at once pushed the prince from him and flew
away.
Gedeon jerked his hands and the blue spheres crumbled
into glittering dust.
"Why are they so scared?" - Denris asked, looking around.
"Worried about their precious wings," - Gedeon explained,
looking skyward. - "That flame burns them in an instant."
"Thank you for standing up for me. Didn't know you had
such a terrifying weapon."
"Ha-ha, did you think I am just a Lamori? That's why I've
always accompanied you. Sorry for not being able to save
you from the treacherous Liorif. He got drunk on your
mana. I thought I had scared him enough, but this likorn
outwitted me. While I was looking for him all over the
tower, he quietly paralyzed me and I passed out for a
whole day. Here's the scoundrel! He planned everything
to get close to you. I am so sorry!"
"No worries! You don't have to guard me,"
