After Kojiro copied the sword styles, he exited the Chiba clan library.
Onoki and Kojiro then bid farewell to Yamamoto and Chiba clan elders and exited the Chiba clan mansion.
They then started walking towards the Tsuchikage tower.
When they arrived at the Tsuchikage office, Onoki made a rock clone, and then the clone dragged Kojiro to the Tsuchikage training ground.

In the Tsuchikage training ground
Onoki's clone looked at Kojiro and said, "Alright kid, listen up; today I will teach you another chakra control exercise; it is more advanced than the wall walking exercise I taught you yesterday, the exercise called water walking exercise."
Kojiro remembered when Naruto fraught against Sasuke; they used to run on water when they fought in the valley of the end. He smiled at Onoki's clone and nodded his head to him.
Onoki's clone then started explaining the concept of the water walking exercise to Kojiro: "Unlike the wall walking exercise, in this exercise you need to continuous adjustment of the chakra you mold in the bottom of your feet."
Kojiro nodded in understanding, then he said to Onoki's clone, "I got it, so instead of molding a fixed amount of chakra in the bottom of my feet, I will need to mold a different amount of chakra continuously."
Onoki's clone nodded his head while smiling at Kojiro.
They both walked to the nearby pond, and Kojiro started molding chakra in the bottom of his feet, then he started attempting to walk on water.
Onoki's clone was surprised by seeing Kojiro was successful in walking on water, but he noticed his steps were unbalanced.
Onoki's clone then gave an evil smirk. He took out a couple of shurikens and said, "Alright kid, you better dodge if you don't want to get impaled with these shurikens."
Kojiro's eyes widened when he saw Onoki's clone throwing shurikens at him.
He quickly took out his katana from his waist, then he started dodging and blocking the shurikens.
"CLANK, CLANK, CLANK, CLANK, CLANK."
Onoki's clone yelled at Kojiro when he saw him blocking the shurikens with his katana, "Don't block the shurikens, kid, I said dodge."
Kojiro grumbled under his breath when he heard Onoki's clone yelling at him and started dodging the shurikens with difficulties.
Onoki's clone smirked widely; he noticed that Kojiro was improving his dodging ability and his chakra control by leaps and bounds by every second.
He then shivered with excitement and said to himself, "This kid's potential is scary; I never saw anybody improving this quickly."

One hour later
In the Tsuchikage office
"KNOCK, KNOCK."
"ENTER."
When the Tsuchikage office door was opened, Onoki smiled when he saw Yaruichi entering the office.
Onoki smiled at her and greeted her, "Yaruichi, you are on time; please have a seat."
Yarauichi nodded her head respectfully to Onoki and took a seat.
Onoki looked at Yarauichi and asked, "How can I help you, Yaruichi?"
Yarauichi smiled elegantly to Onoki, and then she answered him, "I would like to be a Jounin supervisor for a genin squad lord Tsuchikage."
Onoki was surprised when he heard this. He looked Yaruichi in the eyes, and he saw that she was really serious about this.
Onoki smiled and nodded his head to her; he then said, "Alright, Yaruichi, the next patch of fresh Genin that will graduate from the academy will be in five months. I will create a suitable team for you to supervise."
Yaruichi shocked her head gently and said to Onoki, "you don't need to bother yourself with this lord Tsuchikage I have the perfect team in mind."
Onoki was intrigued when he heard this and asked, "Oh, interesting, please tell me who they are."
Yaruichi nodded and answered Onoki, "The two members of my genin squad will be my apprentice Soi Fon and your apprentice lord Tsuchikage."
Onoki was very intrigued when he heard this. He quickly stood up and grabbed a folder. He then started flipping through the papers in the folder.
After finding the paper he was looking for, he picked up the paper and started reading the paper seriously.
"Oh, it is the same little girl that fought against little Kojiro today." Onoki proclaimed after reading the paper.
Yaruichi smiled and nodded her head to Onoki.
Onoki started tapping his index finger on the table while thinking and after a moment he smiled at Yaruichi and nodded his head, Then he said to her, "Alright, Yaruichi I don't mind you are one of the best Kanouichi this village has ever produced but I want you to add another member into your new genin squad."
Yaruichi was surprised, and she asked Onoki, "Who do you want me to add, sir? And also, why should I add another genin into my squad? Genin squads had always been three team members per team."
Onoki nodded his head seriously to Yaruichi and said to her, "Yes, you are right, but I want to change our policies from now on because in the past we had many casualties; however, when we looked at the casualties that Konoha had suffered, we noticed that they suffered way less casualties than us because of three reasons: the first reason is that their teams are more balanced than any other villages; the second reason is because their teams had more members than us; and the final reason is because they have teams that specialize on specific types of missions such as tracking and reconacence."
Onoki stood up again and grabbed another folder, then he gave the folder to Yaruichi.
"This folder contained all the talented civilian-born genins on the reserve genin department. I want you to choose a suitable genin from there so you can form an assault squad." Onoki explained to Yaruichi.
Yaruichi raised her elegant eyebrows when she heard this; she then nodded her head in understanding.
Yaruichi grabbed the folder and was about to stand up, but Onoki stopped her. He then said to her, "Yaruichi, my advice to you is to look for a good support Shinobi for the last member of your squad. Little Kojiro had the potential to be an all-rounded Shinobi, but he is so obsessed with Kenjutsu. According to what I just read about your apprentice, she is a close-range fighter by nature. In order to balance your squad, you will need a support type shinobi."
Yaruichi nodded her head, and then she smiled elegantly to Onoki, "understood Tsuchikage sama."
Onoki nodded his head in satisfaction and continued, "One last thing, Yaruichi, you need to keep in mind that being a Genin squad supervisor is a very important role because how far your Genins can accomplish in their career depends on you whether they florish as Iwa Shinobi or perish is in your hand. You will need to take this seriously, Yaruichi."
Yaruichi looked nervously at Onoki when she heard this and nodded her head to him.
Onoki noticed her nervousness, and he chuckled to her, then he said, "you don't need to be nervous. Yaruichi Just as I said, you are one of the best Konouchi our village ever produced. You will be fine. You only need to take your role seriously and think of the best methods you need to use to nurture those kids."
Yoruichi nodded her head seriously after hearing Onoki's words, and she said to him, "I promise you, Tsuchikage sama, I will not let you down."
Onoki smiled and nodded his head; he then said to her, "Good, I am looking forward to seeing how far your Genins will come; you may leave now."
Yoruichi bowed her head politely, and then she exited the Tsuchikage's office.
