CHAPTER ONE
{THE RISE OF A QUEEN AND THE FALL OF A KING}
In the shadowy corners of the ancient stone castle, the air crackled with tension. The flickering torchlight cast long shadows on the cold walls, where two figures stood locked in a fierce debate. Aiden, his brow furrowed with determination, spoke with a voice that echoed the weight of the world upon his shoulders.
"If the prophecy is real, we must stop it at any cost," he insisted, his eyes flashing with urgency.
Iloria, a delicate figure with a fierce spirit, shook her head defiantly. "But he's my little brother! I can't just kill my little brother!" Her voice trembled, torn between duty and love.
"Your little brother is a demon," Aiden replied, his tone sharp, cutting through her hesitation like a sword through silk.
"But how do we know he isn't an angel? Can't we just wait for him to be born?" She pleaded, searching his eyes for a hint of compassion, a glimmer of hope.
"And risk having the prophecy fulfilled?" Aiden's voice rose, a mixture of frustration and fear. "We don't have the luxury of time. We must act now."
The silence hung heavy in the air, thick with unspoken fears. Iloria clenched her fists, wrestling with the turmoil inside her. "Fine," she finally acquiesced, her voice barely above a whisper. "But if you're wrong, I'll kill you myself."
Meanwhile, in the heart of the castle, a divine presence stirred. God named Cyrus, a being of immense power and grace, turned to his beloved partner Eliana, concern etched on his celestial face. "How's the baby, honey?"
"It's… fine," Eliana replied, her voice trembling with anxiety. "But I'm afraid. What if the prophecy comes true?"
"Don't worry," Cyrus reassured her, his tone soothing. "We can't know until he's born."
"Okay, I shouldn't worry," she said, but the worry lingered in her eyes like a shadow.
Suddenly, a sharp knock echoed through the chamber. "Enter," Cyrus commanded, his voice firm yet gentle.
Aiden stepped into the room, bearing a tray laden with drinks. "My king and queen, I brought your drinks," he announced, bowing slightly, a mask of composure hiding the storm of emotions within.
"Thank you," Cyrus and Eliana responded in unison, the weight of their impending fate hanging in the air.
Cyrus raised his cup, and without a second thought, drank deeply. Eliana followed suit, her heart heavy with foreboding.
But then, a chilling sound rang through the kingdom—horns blaring a warning of doom. Panic surged as they rushed to a window, the sight that greeted them was chaos incarnate. An army, dark and menacing, surged toward the castle.
"Hide!" Cyrus yelled at Eliana, urgency lacing his words.
Without hesitation, she darted away, seeking refuge in the depths of the castle.
With a roar of rage, Cyrus soared into the sky, his wings unfurling like a storm cloud. "TRAITORS!" he bellowed, his voice reverberating through the heavens.
He dived into the fray, unleashing his wrath upon the angels who stood no chance against his divine fury. Yet, as he fought, a disquieting weakness began to seep into his bones. In a moment of realization, he thought, *Wait, the drinks… that means…*
A crushing sensation tore through him, and he crashed back into the kingdom, desperation clawing at his heart. "Eliana!" he shouted, racing through the halls, only to find her lifeless form sprawled upon the cold stone floor. Time froze as anguish enveloped him like a shroud.
Suddenly, Aiden appeared, a shadowy figure against the chaos, his face twisted with regret. He kicked Cyrus, sending him crashing into the throne, his heart pounding with fear and remorse.
"AIDEN, HURRY!" Iloria's voice pierced through the despair, panic igniting a sense of urgency within him.
Aiden rushed forward, gripping a spear, his heart heavy with hesitation. "I'm M… Sorry," he stammered, the weight of betrayal pressing down on him.
And then it happened—a shredding sound echoed through the chamber, a finality that shattered the air. Cyrus gasped, his last breath escaping him as he uttered the words that would haunt Aiden forever.
"I trusted you…"
And with those words, the light faded from Cyrus's eyes, leaving behind a kingdom enveloped in darkness, where trust and betrayal had forged an unbreakable bond of tragedy.
After that, In the divine court, among the powerful outer gods, Horus bravely speaks up to defend Aiden from the judgment of the outer gods, "We shouldn't banish Aiden he killed Cyrus for the safety of the kingdom.", But his words fall on deaf ears as the other gods silence him and mock his son Ghost for trying to speak out against them. "He made the prophecy true, He doomed his own kind and he killed a god!" outer gods said, But Horus refused to stand by and watch Aiden be banished, Horus drew his sword and prepared to fight for Aiden's right to remain in heaven. "Mark my words, my death is your demise in the future!", The battle raged on, With Horus defending himself against the relentless attacks of the outer gods. He managed to defend Ghost when one of the gods targeted him, but in the chaos, Horus was struck down by a fatal blow. Ghost cried out in anguish as his father fell before him. The outer gods laughed triumphantly and banished Ghost from the beyond, casting him down to Earth.
As Horus's lifeless body plummeted through the realms, shattering everything in its path before finally crashing into the earth with a deafening thud. The impact sent a powerful shockwave that jolted awake those who shouldn't be awakened, As his sword and book tumbled to the ground beside him, Helious a researcher was drawn to the explosion, his heart racing with anticipation.
But as he drew closer, an ominous energy began to overtake him. With each step, Helious could feel himself being consumed by the power. Upon reaching the fallen book, Helious could not resist opening it. In an instant, memories of past, present, and future flooded his mind. Overwhelmed and unable to control himself, he fell to his knees and crawled towards Horus's sword.
Through gritted teeth, Helious desperately forced himself to reach for the sword. But as his hand touched the hilt, a searing pain coursed through his body. The sword had claimed a part of him, corrupting his right arm and face.
With a guttural scream, Helious held onto the sword with all his might. As he struggled to stand, black armor materialized around him, covering his once-human form. His voice became demonic as he uttered one word:
"Ghost..."
At the same time Ghost fell through the skies towards an unknown place near a church, He tried desperately to move his body, but not a single inch budges. His soul attempted to leave his body but was unable to do so, leaving him trapped in a state of suffering.
Zain, the dedicated priest at the church which ghost fell near, Zain was in the midst of his nightly cleaning routine when a loud thud echoed from behind the church walls. Instinctively, he grabbed a candle and cautiously made his way outside to investigate. As he peered into the darkness, he froze at the sight before him - a figure hardly injured.
In that moment, Zain's mind raced with thoughts of divine intervention. Could this be an angel? I must help him. Zain slowly approached the mysterious figure and was about to speak when they suddenly spoke first.
"You must escape...human," he said urgently, His eyes locked on something beyond Zain's comprehension. "Take my hand."
Confusion clouded Zain's mind as he did as instructed, feeling a strange blue glow connecting them both. Before he could even process what was happening, a blast of energy hit them, ِِAs Zain screams from pain as he nearly getting closer to death, He couldn't resist that pain , While ghost holds Zain's hand, he lends him part of his power , Zain couldn't handle that pressure as he fainted.
After some time had passed, Zain finally regained consciousness with a gasp. As a piercing voice echoed in Zain's mind, jolting him awake. "Wake up, you idiot," it taunted. Confused and disoriented, Zain asked, "What happened?
"Luckily you're still alive you should have died from that shock, It seems fate chose you to meet me" , Ghost answered, "What did you do ?" Zain asked Ghost, who simply replied with a cryptic, "You can feel it yourself." Suddenly, Zain felt like he understood Ghost on a deeper level. "Your name is ghost," he stated, more as a realization than a question. Ghost nodded in confirmation. "Yes, and that should explain why you could hear my thoughts, but anyways we should move somewhere else quickly, We don't have time to waste, someone is looking for us, and they're not friendly."
At the new kingdom Aiden and Iloria marched through the gates, making their way towards the army that awaited them. Suddenly, a bright light engulfed Aiden from above, causing him to collapse to his knees in agony. His wings were ripped out and his halo shattered, leaving him vulnerable and defenseless.
Iloria rushed to his side, trying to help him, but he pushed her away with a scream of pain. The ground beneath Aiden began to shake and split open, sending Aiden falling into the earth. The divine court executed its sentence on Aiden at this time.
As Iloria continued on her path, her memory was wiped clean of the events that had just occurred. She reached a grand balcony where the angelic army knelt before her, shouting in unison:
"All hail the queen."
Out of the rubble of the once great Kingdom, a hand emerged, followed by the Nameless One. With a gasp, he spoke in a raspy voice:
"Where... am... I?"
Using the wall for support, he limped towards Cyrus' throne. But as he approached, he froze.
"Father...?" The words escaped his lips before he could stop them.
The Nameless One ripped the spear out of Cyrus chest, absorbing Cyrus power and memories in the form of an atom. His own core turned blue with the infusion of that energy. With a roar that shook the earth and heavens, he shouted:
"HEAVEN!"
With determination in his steps, the Nameless One continued on to his trial. Clenching his fists in anger and pain, he came upon a sealed door. Using his power, he sent energy pulsating through it until it opened with a loud creak. Inside, he could hear whispers and voices beckoning him closer.
"Go away," some pleaded.
"Stay back," others warned.
But the Nameless One marched forward, shining his glowing core to light his path. And there, before him, stood a guardian, It was a monstrous amalgamation; several heads, arms, and legs fused together into one twisted being.
"What... happened... to you?" He asked in shock.
"The fall of the kingdom...it merged us," came the reply from one of the many mouths.
But then one head accused: "You're the third child...you did this."
Enraged by their accusation, the Nameless One prepared to attack but offered mercy: "You.. survive.. if you let me through."
The amalgamation charged at him, but with a powerful punch fueled by his core, the Nameless One was able to rip off one head and pin the creature to the ground, punching it over and over. But it fought back fiercely with its remaining limbs and weapons until the Nameless One got hit on his shoulder, He shot a beam from his core, reducing the amalgamation to ashes.
As he stood over the remains of it, he said to himself:
"Why... I... Could.. Have... Let you... Live."
Suddenly, The doors to his trial burst open and Lucifer appeared through the dust. He noticed the glowing blue eye of the Nameless One and smirked!
"Hehe... Things are getting interesting, brother."
Lizzy stood at the forefront of her angel army, her sword flashing in the sunlight as she effortlessly defeated every opponent. Her determination and strength were unmatched, earning her the respect of all who served under her. Suddenly, Iloria appeared before her, causing Lizzy to drop to one knee in reverence.
"My queen, I am but your humble servant." Lizzy spoke with reverence, bowing her head.
"Get up, soldier, I have rewarded you with the title of archangel for your hard work and service, take a walk with me, Let's go visit my family's cemetery" Iloria commanded, Lizzy nodded and rose following Iloria. Lizzy's thoughts were :Is this bitch really visiting her family's grave after causing their deaths? She's truly insane.
When they arrived, they saw Iloria's brother As they read the inscription on the grave,
"Here lies a grave for he who never rests."
Aiden stood in front of Lucifer,"Your pp is so small i thought you were a woman." Lucifer said to him. Aiden raged and couldn't take the constant taunts and insults any longer. Without a second thought, he lunged at Lucifer and began to strangle him. As Lucifer says "Stop you fucking idiot!" But as he did so, Aiden heard a thud and looked down to see that he had killed an innocent man. Horror struck his face as he said "What have I done." Lucifer replied " don't act surprised you killed thousands before." Then Aiden was caught by the guards. "Get down on the fucking ground." The guards said, Then they forcefully dragged him to court . Lucifer bids him a farewell "nighty-night~"
Later at the court
"the witness of the criminal committed first degree murder" The jury said, "How many witnesses?" said The Judge, The Jury replied "Eight."
"According to the judgment of this kingdom law the criminal is sentenced to execution. " The Judge said as he slammed his gavel down.
Then Aiden wakes up to see that he's chained and his head is lying on a log and he sees a man wearing a black mask holding an axe ready to carry off the task. "...wh- where..am I." Aiden said. "You're getting executed darlin." And before Aiden can register Lucifer's words, The axe comes down, Cutting Aiden's head, Aiden wakes up again, To be found in a pit of dead bodies, Then he crawls out the pit, The pit starts to burn, then aiden memories started to restore. He stands up, then he flees away, bumped into. Two guys, Aiden said "Sorry, didn't see you there." The guy replied "no problem, friend. Why were you running like that? " Aiden replied, "None of your business." Oh as you want, Im Zain and this is my friend Ghost what's about you? "Aiden." He replied , "Nice to meet you." Zain said, Then Ghost sees Lucifer and he was very judgmental. Lucifer said "I Don't bite darlin unless you ask nicely" Ghost replies "I swear to the fucking outer gods, I will.-" Zain interrupts him "Woah relax heh. He doesn't mean it, and who's that ? "A bitch apparently" Aiden replied," Fair point." Lucifer said, Aiden looked at Ghost, Seeing a murder intent on him and said " Don't do it, I tried , And it didn't go well." Then rubs his neck. "A-" Zain was about to say , But suddenly out of the shadows of the woods emerged Helious, bounding forward with a ferocious strike between Ghost and Zain.
"... Ghost... I'll drain every ounce of your power until you're nothing but a crumpled heap on the ground." Helious said, Lucifer chuckled in delight. "Oh~... kinky me like him."
Without hesitation, Helious leapt once more at Aiden, aiming to cleave him in two. But Aiden was quicker, whipping out his sword and blocking the attack just in time. The force of their clash sent them both flying back in a powerful shockwave.
