Kiritsugu's decision to withdraw Saber and Irisviel marked a turning point in the confrontation at the dock. As the battlefield began to cool down after the initial tension, a completely unexpected presence altered the dynamics. From an elevated position, about ten meters from the epicenter of the combat, a golden figure appeared. His gleaming armor reflected the faint light of the nearby streetlamps, and his haughty demeanor made it clear that he was no ordinary servant. Gilgamesh, the King of Heroes, had arrived.
After a long bath, Edmund, from the tranquility of his suite, watched with great anticipation the appearance of Archer. As he reclined in his chair and took another sip of his wine, his eyes sparkled with curiosity.
"Why is he here?" he murmured to himself. "It doesn't make sense. Iskandar isn't here to provoke him, but Perseo seems to have caught his attention somehow."
With no clear answers, Edmund decided to simply observe, aware that any move by Archer had the potential to drastically change the war.
.........
The appearance of Gilgamesh did not go unnoticed by the hidden masters or the servants on the battlefield. Kayneth, from his secure position, frowned as he recognized the servant who had effortlessly eliminated Assassin. Although he was unaware that Assassin still existed thanks to his ability to divide himself, Archer's presence immediately put him on high alert.
"Another servant... and none other than him," thought Kayneth. "This is escalating beyond what was anticipated."
Kiritsugu also recognized Archer immediately. He had witnessed his power when he effortlessly eliminated Assassin, and his mind was already calculating the potential implications of his appearance.
"Why is he here? It makes no sense for him to appear now. Something doesn't add up," he thought as he kept his visor fixed on the golden figure.
On the field, Saber and Lancer instinctively took defensive stances. Both recognized the danger Archer represented. Saber, with her invisible sword raised, carefully observed every movement of the King of Heroes, while Lancer, usually relaxed, displayed an uncommon seriousness.
"Tch. This isn't fun," Hector muttered to himself.
"That guy isn't someone you can mess around with."
Rider also assessed the situation. Although he had planned to continue showcasing his abilities, Archer's arrival made him reconsider.
"The King of Heroes?" Perseo thought as he slightly adjusted his stance. "Perhaps it's better not to reveal more for now."
He had recognized who Archer was thanks to his master, who had mentioned the names of most of the participating servants.
Gilgamesh, from his elevated position, looked down at the three servants with disdain. His arrogance was evident as he spoke in a haughty and authoritative tone.
"Insignificant mongrels! When were you given permission to taint my stage with your pitiful battles?" His gaze swept over each of the present servants, lingering for a moment longer on Perseo. "And you, false hero, you have no right to call yourself my equal!"
The silence that followed his words was heavy. None of the servants responded. Saber, Lancer, and Rider deliberately ignored him, focusing on maintaining their guard.
Gilgamesh, noticing this lack of reaction, frowned. His initial disdain turned to anger.
"To dare ignore me is a sin I cannot tolerate!" he declared as he raised a hand. A golden glow began to form around him, and the first Gates of Babylon materialized, revealing an arsenal of legendary weapons ready to be unleashed.
The tension reached its peak when, at that very moment, a dark figure burst onto the scene. From the shadows, a new servant made their appearance. Berserker, with his chaotic aura and black armor, emerged with a roar that echoed across the entire dock.
Gilgamesh's eyes narrowed as he saw him.
"So, you finally decide to show yourself, rabid dog!" he said with disdain, though his interest was evident.
"Have you come to bow before your king?"
Berserker did not respond with words but with a defiant stance. The arrival of the chaotic servant shifted the balance of the situation, and everyone present, both servants and masters, reassessed their positions.
Edmund, watching from his suite, smiled with delight.
"Ah, this is getting better than I expected. Gilgamesh and Berserker... This is going to be a true spectacle."
The stage was set for a new confrontation to erupt, with every piece on the board in a precarious position. The King of Heroes, the chaotic servant, and the other combatants were on the brink of conflict.
---
Gilgamesh, from his elevated position, frowned with disdain as Berserker dared to look him directly in the eyes.
"Insolent fool! How dare you challenge the majesty of the King with your gaze?!"
exclaimed Gilgamesh, his tone filled with rage. The golden glow of the Gates of Babylon intensified as his legendary weapons began to materialize, suspended in the air like harbingers of destruction.
The other three servants—Rider, Saber, and Lancer—watched in silence as Gilgamesh shifted his focus entirely toward Berserker. The chaotic aura of the latter intensified, his movements erratic yet filled with an uncanny precision. Berserker needed no words to respond; his defiant stance was more than enough to show that he would not back down.
Gilgamesh unleashed the first attack. Seven legendary weapons emerged from the Gates of Babylon and hurtled toward Berserker with deadly speed. Each projectile sliced through the air with an ominous gleam, but Berserker reacted with astonishing skill.
With fluid movements, he deflected and dodged each of the weapons. His gloved hands caught a spear mid-flight and used it to block an oncoming sword before discarding it to the ground. Another projectile, a golden arrow, was deflected with a precise strike of his hand. Every attempt by Gilgamesh to strike him down was nullified with an ease that defied comprehension.
Rider, watching from a distance, let out a low whistle of admiration.
"Wow! That guy's got talent. Even in that state of madness, he can defend himself like a true warrior," he commented with a smile, clearly impressed.
Saber, on the other hand, did not hide her surprise. Her eyes narrowed as she analyzed every move Berserker made.
"It's incredible... blocking and dodging so many attacks with such precision," she murmured. Though she had witnessed many battles, Berserker's skill went beyond what she had expected.
Hector let out a deep sigh, resting his spear on his shoulder as he watched the scene with a weary expression.
"Another servant with so much skill, and on top of that, he's in a state of madness," he said with a resigned tone. "This isn't getting any better."
Gilgamesh, seeing that none of his projectiles had even grazed Berserker's black armor, frowned even more deeply. Anger began to consume him as he clenched his fists.
"Unacceptable! I will not allow a mere lunatic to mock me like this!" he roared. His fury was palpable, and the Gates of Babylon multiplied, filling the air with a golden glow. A much larger number of legendary weapons began to emerge, floating in the air like an endless arsenal.
The tension escalated. Even Hector and Rider exchanged looks of concern as they saw the sheer number of weapons Gilgamesh was unleashing. Saber also pursed her lips, recognizing the imminent threat.
"Archer is raising his level of danger," Rider said quietly. "This could end badly for everyone."
Meanwhile, Berserker remained motionless, observing the weapons surrounding him. His stance indicated that he was fully focused, ready to counter any attack. The madness that defined his class seemed to be under control, at least in that critical moment.
"Mongrel! Prepare yourself to face the true fury of your king!" exclaimed Gilgamesh as the Gates of Babylon opened fully. The weapons began to fire in rapid succession, one after another, creating a rain of projectiles that seemed impossible to dodge.
Everyone present held their breath, and Berserker was ready to strike. The battle unfolding before them was a true spectacle of skill and power, a clash between absolute arrogance and controlled madness. Edmund, in his suite, stared intently at the screen with a curious smile on his face.
"This is what I came here to see," he murmured to himself as he took a sip. "A genuine display of strength and pride. Let's see how far they can go."

All this is for time... but hey, at least I try to continue uploading at least one chapter weekly. I can't believe that in addition to this, I'm writing another fanfic to publish later, even though there's no time hahahaha. Well, this is it, maybe I'll upload another chapter tomorrow or I don't know, maybe next Saturday or Sunday.
