Chapter 1 - [G] CREATION

In the beginning, there was nothing.

There was only the endless darkness of the eternal void. And in that darkness, there were beings, beings that no one can perceive, and beings that no one will ever know of, wandering, slumbering, and devouring one another.

No one knew what they were. No one knew how they came to be. All that was known, and will ever be known, was that they were there.

The Primordial Beats of the Void.

Numerous concepts that exist in the present Universe have not existed in this age of darkness. But there was one concept that did, a concept that had existed from the very beginning of it all, till the very last moments of the known Universe…

Time.

It was a concept with no point of origin, a concept that even after countless years had passed, no one, even the brightest minds of the Universe, could completely comprehend.

And in that Void where time continued to flow, something happened. Something manifested in the middle of the darkness. It was a cluster of particles of light, compressed to form a sphere the size of a child.

In the Akashic Records, it was said that it was unknown as to how this strange entity appeared in the Void, implying that it simply came into existence without any cause or reason. But the reality of the situation was different…

It was a small fluctuation. Barely noticeable by any of the beings in the darkness, but it was there. A rip in space and time appeared in the middle of the Void, and ejected the mysterious entity, before quickly closing itself…

The beings in the Void may have failed to notice the rip in time and space, but what they did notice, however, was the single source of light, in this world of infinite darkness. They all then rushed at it, with the intent of devouring the light entirely, but before any of them could reach it—

"[ Let there be light. ]"

—a flash of light, brighter than anything has ever existed, or will ever exist throughout the entire multiversal timeline, burst out from the mysterious entity, dyeing the Void's darkness with white, and after that phenomenon…

The foundation of the Universe was created.
