Chapter 80 - Chapter 80: Renewed Hope

In the cold and oppressive night the clash of weapons and the screams of war echoed relentlessly.

On the southeastern flank of Azulferia, a fierce battle raged between Etrakios and the troop of the prince Niolz of Katakiel empire against the alliance the Great Confederation of Azulferia and the Kingdom of Ednia.

The air was saturated with dust, blood, and cries as enemy lines collided in a relentless struggle.

At the head of the Etrakios forces a formidable army of 300 demons launched a devastating charge.

Their leader the demon general Boozer was a terrifying sight.

His imposing form resembled that of a gigantic gorilla, his fur a mix of violet and black hues.

Two massive war axes rested in his powerful hands, while four menacing spider legs extended from his sides, adding to his nightmarish appearance.

Beside him stood Kelwodius, a fearsome werewolf in his hybrid form.

Towering over three meters tall, his face bore both human and lupine features making him an intimidating presence even among his own subordinates—werewolves in full beast form, who seemed almost insignificant in comparison.

Their army fierce and disciplined clashed with a battalion composed of elves and dwarves.

The dwarven warriors, wielding silver axes, held the front line against the werewolves while the elven archers relentlessly fired volleys of arrows to contain the assault.

However, the werewolves with their blinding speed and razor-sharp claws tore through the ranks slashing elves apart and violently pushing back the dwarves.

One particularly arrogant werewolf lunged at a dwarven warrior who was fiercely defending his position.

The werewolf sneered and mocked:

"Even with your small size, you're not too bad for a dwarf you should kneel before lord Pryzor and I'm sure he will grant you mercy swear loyalty to him, and you will be spared."

The dwarf, Wivlyon, straightened to his full height, his face hardened with determination.

Brandishing his axe, he defiantly responded:

"Never! we dwarves are one of the founding pillars of the Great Confederation."

"There is no way that we betray that nation our ancestors built with their own hands i swear it on my honor!"

The werewolf burst into laughter, baring his menacing fangs.

"So be it then!.Die miserable dwarf!"

The werewolf raised his razor-sharp claws to strike the fatal blow, but suddenly, a gleaming arrow pierced his skull.

He collapsed heavily to the ground, dead on the spot.

The shock of this unexpected intervention made the dwarves and elves lift their gazes, searching for the source of the lifesaving arrow.

A new force was arriving on this battlefield.

A contingent of humans, accompanied by elven and goblin reinforcements advanced clad in steel armor.

Leading this troop was the Council of Sages composed of the honorable of:

Gaynor, Zotoune, Poltyx to their side Kodort and Lanny.

Riding beside them was a radiant figure a magnificent elf named Thaloria.

Her long white hair cascaded over a splendid violet robe adorned with intricate patterns and a crown set with an emerald rested upon her head.

With regal elegance and an undeniable aura of power, she held her bow still drawn ready to fire another arrow.

Thaloria mounted on a great Sleipnir, a mythical creature radiating an intimidating energy advanced with majestic confidence.

Her arrival galvanized the allied ranks.

Boozer, the demon general observed the scene with amusement.

"Does this foolish elf truly believe that reinforcements will change anything?" he scoffed. "

"I will kill her with my own hands and crush their hopes."

Thaloria indifferent to his threats, straightened on her mount and addressed the weary warriors of the Confederation.

Her clear, commanding voice carried across the tumult of battle:

"Brave warriors of the Great Confederation of Azulferia!

"Your courage has not been in vain reinforcements are here, and together"

"We will crush our enemies squadrons and wins this wars!"

Her words reignited the fighting spirit of the exhausted combatants.

The soldiers invigorated regrouped and surged against the demons and werewolves bolstered by their newfound allies.

The elves and goblins despite their cultural differences, fought side by side with the humans while the dwarves.

Inspired by Wivlyon bravery charged forward roaring their ancestral war cries.

Boozer and Kelwodius's forces were caught off guard by this sudden counteroffensive.

The battle reached new levels of intensity, each side desperately struggling for dominance.

True to his promise Boozer directed his fury toward Thaloria his massive frame plowing through the chaos.

But the elven leader, surrounded by her elite guards retaliated with precision and grace her radiant arrows striking down enemies without fail.
