"Your Buchou wants to see me?" Hanzo said, he knew he had an appointment to talk to Rias today but he didn't think she would be in such a hurry.
"That's right, can you come with me." Kiba replied.
"Oh okay, I'll go with you." Hanzo nodded in agreement and stood up. He quickly walked with Kiba, ignoring the whispers from behind.
"It seems like you're very close with your classmates. Especially with the male students, they seem to respect you a lot." Kiba opened his mouth, breaking the silence.
"Oh, it's nothing special, I just know how to treat people around me." Hanzo replied. In fact, he was older than the others so he knew how to make the other male students respect him, which would make his school days less troublesome.
"Sorry about yesterday. I acted unreasonably towards you." Kiba said while Hanzo just responded with a shrug.
"How are your injuries?" Hanzo asked politely.
"The injuries aren't serious. You slashed me a lot, but they weren't dangerous, so I'm fine. It's a good thing you used a knife instead of a sword." Kiba said.
"If I used a sword, you would have died long ago. If you died, I would have been in big trouble." Hanzo shrugged in response.
"Hahaha I know. If you used a sword, I really would have died." Kiba sighed as he realized that after all these years, he was still too weak. If things continued like this, he wouldn't be able to take revenge. Kiba thought for a moment before continuing to ask Hanzo.
"I initially thought you were a mage, but I was surprised to find out that you were a swordsman."
"I'm not a swordsman." Hanzo said simply, causing Kiba's eyes to widen in surprise.
"It's true that I have some knowledge of kenjutsu but I'm not a swordsman. I have a friend who is a very strong swordsman but all I learned from him were a few tricks."
"Is that so, I'd love to have the chance to meet him and learn more about kenjutsu from him." Kiba said happily while Hanzo just shook his head at the guy's enthusiasm.
'He's not even a swordsman. He's even a shinobi.'
The two continued their small talk until they stopped in front of a large door.
"Come in." Rias' voice rang out from behind the door after Kiba knocked.
"Rias-sama, I brought Hanzo Yakki as you requested."
Kiba opened the door and walked in with Hanzo.
————————
Hanzo sat cross-legged as he observed the room. In front of him was Rias Gremory. Hanzo couldn't deny that Rias was a beautiful girl, especially her hot body. However, that was all, Hanzo's impression of Rias was simply that she was beautiful and charming.
"What an impressive room Gremory-senpai, it reminds me of the rooms in horror movies. Especially over there, it looks like there was a murder case here." Hanzo said as he pointed to one side of the room. In fact, Hanzo wanted to look for Koneko but she wasn't here right now.
"Thank you for the compliment, Hanzo-kun. You can call me Rias." Rias said, she wanted to close the distance between them and the first thing was the form of address.
"Oh okay, then I'll call you Rias-senpai." Hanzo happily nodded before taking the cup of tea that Akeno poured for him.
"You can also call me Akeno. Here's your tea Kohai-kun." Akeno said as she handed him a cup of tea and sat down next to him.
"Thank you Akeno-senpai, but if you want me to call you by your name, shouldn't you also call me by my name?"
"Okay then… I'll call you Hanzo and only Hanzo." Akeno said while leaning her body against him.
"What are you doing Akeno-senpai?" Hanzo said in surprise at Akeno's physical contact.
"Let your senpai check out your body." Akeno playfully touched the muscles on Hanzo's body.
"Ara ara look at how hard these biceps are." Not stopping there, Akeno even reached her hand inside Hanzo's shirt under his stomach.
"Stop it Akeno-senpai. Please don't tease me like that." Hanzo said blushing.
"Ara ara, aren't you also enjoying our skinship?"
"But..." Hanzo tried to fight back.
In contrast to Akeno and Hanzo's antics, Rias looked extremely awkward and surprised. She didn't expect that Hanzo and Akeno could interact and chat with each other like old friends.
'...I'm also curious about his body... Should I touch it like Akeno?' Rias quickly dismissed the thoughts in her head. She pretended to cough to attract Hanzo's attention.
"Ah I forgot, I came here because you wanted to see me." Hanzo quickly adjusted his posture.
"Hanzo-kun… I want to apologize to you once again for what happened yesterday." Rias said.
"Ah, it's fine Rias-senpai. I'm not a vendetta. So what's the purpose of this meeting, I doubt you wanted to meet me just to apologize." Hanzo happily replied.
"Indeed, I wanted to meet you for something else. Actually, I wanted to recruit you into my group."
"Your group? You mean peerage?" Hanzo wondered.
"Indeed, you know the supernatural world very well. I won't beat around the bush, I'm a high-ranking devil and the heir of the Gremory clan. And I want to recruit you into my peerage." Rias said with pride and anticipation clearly visible on her face.
"You will receive countless benefits by joining my peerage. Even though you are a servant, our family is famous for being fair to servants. You will also receive the power, wealth, and longevity of a devil. You will also receive countless other privileges." Rias said happily. At first, she was afraid that Hanzo would be hostile because of yesterday's events, but when she saw Hanzo and Akeno happily talking to each other, she felt hopeful that Hanzo would join her peerage.
The more Rias hoped, the more disappointed she became. Suddenly, the atmosphere became heavy when she saw Hanzo's expression. He was no longer joking around freely, his eyes became cold and his expression was serious.
"It is a wonderful invitation, but I will have to decline it, Rias-senpai."
