Hey guys! So after a looot of consideration on whether Momo would be a yandere, I decided to make her a goudere with yandere-ish tendencies.
Also I forgot to explain Henry's version of royal guard style, but it's a passive ability that will absorb 10 strikes (which is what he can handle at the moment) and when he punches back he activates the release throwing all the power he absorbed back at someone.
(He will have an increase in strikes he can absorb as he grows stronger, but for now I think 10 is a good start)
Oh right I found a book I'm planning on reading tonight, it's called Francis of the filth by George miller.

So it turns out that the gym was owned by a hero duo who looked like dollar store versions of Goku and Vegata, sure they both loved to train but they didn't shoot beams out their hands or wear a gi.
Instead they both gained strength and speed based on their emotions, and while that does seem useful, they only get twenty times stronger than the average man, but they were surprisingly supportive to the younger generation who want to train, so they were nice.
They even had a gravity chamber that multiplied gravity by fifty times, " yeah this beauty gives my partner and I a full body workout even when we spar!" The Goku look-alike says with a grin as he walks in, " so we're going to start you off at 3 times gravity, but please if you have a destructive quirk please restrain yourselves from going all out." He warns before we all walked in.
In an instant, we all felt our weight triple as we hear the Goku-look alike said to let our body's adjust before moving, and after a few minutes I was the first one to stand up, and I see some struggling while some like Izuku, Bakugo and Hitomi were the first to follow.
"Now then, let's do some warmups, say ten laps around the chamber." I suggest to everyone who were standing as I start trying to walk around the inner part of the chamber as I feel my muscles and bones scream and creak in protest, and just as my body hurts my healing factor fixes my body, and the cycle kept repeating for me, 'hmm…I wonder if I can ask someone to design a gravity chamber for me to use?' I think to myself as I hear grunting.
"LIKE HELL IM GOING TO LET YOU GET AHEAD OF ME!!"
I turn and I see Bakugo and the others following my lead, with Izuku following closely behind, everyone else was also starting to stand with struggle as Kirishima starts moving in the same path as us.
As I reached my second lap I pick up the speed and lightly jog around, my breathing was a tad heavy, but my healing factor was acting as my cheat code, so I adjusted quite quickly, but the most surprising thing?
Midoriya was actually keeping up! He wasn't using one for all at all, he was going at this raw! As as I reached my fourth lap I decided to slow down and walk next to him, "so why are you using one for all?" I whisper to him as he makes his third lap.
"No, I feel like I want- no I need to do this without my quirk, right now I can only use around ten percent of its power without breaking my limbs, but I feel like I've hit a bottleneck in my progress." Midoriya explains as I nod in approval, most people don't think about their bodies when they have powerful quirks.
"Well keep it up, if you want I can come with you to this place when I got time" I say to him as I decide to run the last five laps as Bakugo and Hitomi make their fourth lap, and In ten minutes I managed to get my tenth lap done as I watch everyone else work.
So as I wait for everyone to get done with their laps I do push-ups, and as I did them I feel my body feeling lighter, I wonder if this was how people like Dante got so powerful, did they tear their body apart via exercising and combat training? But before I could delve deeper into that Hitomi walks up to me and sits on my back.
"Oof!" I gasp as I struggle with the extra weight as she looks at me with a smile, " so how do you want to do the next? Sparring, I wouldn't mind sharpening everyone's fangs. "She says as my healing factor helps me and I start doing push-ups with ease again.
And as I was doing push-ups I think about a fun way to go about sparring, I mean a team battle sounds logical, but I feel like the team opposing me would jump only me before going after everyone else, and battle royals would do the same thing, what about something like kings court?
"How about king of the ring?" I suggest as she looks at me, "l don't know what you mean by that, please explain." She says as April walks up to us, "well the idea is simple, one person is king, and has to face someone in singles combat, if they get knocked down to the ground, they lose their king title and have to win it back." I explain the the two and they look at each other before smiling, "we can work with that, so should we allow quirks?"
I think about that for a moment before remembering the Pomeranian of class 1-A and the poster boy of domestic abuse victims, "let's not use our quirks, let's go with only pure skill." I say and we get up.
"Okay guys! So now we're going to do a little game called king of the ring."

Well folks I hope you all enjoy the chapter, I wanted to do my own homage to the god of shounen anime Akita Toriyama and decided to add my own Goku and Vegeta, of course I didn't name them that because copyright claims are a bitch and a half.
But yeah next chapter we will do the king of the ring episode, so who should be king first? Also should I have Henry save Nemuri from the magician guy? Because she was a good hero.
