Chapter 10 - New scenary

Auntie Visoki smiled at Eli. She was very pleased with Eli's courtesy.

"Eli, this is my daughter Milliette Visoki."

"She is three months younger than you. You can call her Milly, make sure that you look after her for me, will you?"

Eli nodded and smiled. "Don't worry, Auntie Viski, I will treat her like my own sister."

Afterward, he turned around to look at Milliette Visoki, he could tell from her demeanor she too wants the same conclusion.

What's the proper closure to this arranged infatuation?

Eli took the initiative and reached out a hand. "Hello, my name is Eli Dengare Baxter, from Slough. Let me know if you ever need any help!"

Milliette Visoki had to admit that although he lack that demeanor by a long chalk, he was not entirely an eyesore. The features on his face could even be pleasing to her eyes, depending on the angle she looked at them.

"Unfortunately, his family was too poor; we could be friends at best." Milliette Visoki eyes turned into two slits as she shook Eli's hand.

"Very well; I will take you up on it." Milliette Visoki said, and then her lips thinned into a smile.

Her father was a high-ranking government official, and her mother ran a million-credit company. She had never thought that she would ever need any help from Eli.

Auntie Visoki put in, "Get into the Aircraft, we will go to your new place and drop off the luggage first. Then we will go to my house for lunch. Where I will introduce you to your uncle."

" You should understand the underline beneath your mom's purpose for sending you to me, she wants your to enroll in Hutton Academy, although losing out finishing from the Elysium Academy would sting a little, but students are more disciplined here and aren't allowed to use their abilities only during official duels and students can't be forced or coerced and they have the right to reject ."

"Oh?.. how did he get into one of the Elite school." Milliette eyes had a slight hint of surprise.

" Eli is an intelligent lad same with his sister they both got in through scholarship." Auntie Visoki smiled warmly.

"Although intelligence matters in gaining Opportunities, it should be backed with abilities and that's what matter the most". Milliette looked towards Eli.

"I really do appreciate your kindness Auntie Viski. Eli gave a heart warming smile.

Milliette Visoki almost covered her face hearing Eli call her mom with that nickname.

After getting into the Aircraft, they headed toward Eli's new house in the Lakeside Community.

This was a mid-range residential property in the Hutton. The scenery was beautiful as it was surrounded by trees and was right next to Sonia sea. It was also not far from the Hutton High Academy where Eli would be studying. Eli was led to a large furnished one bedroom suite. It came with air conditioning, hot water, bathtub, TV, sofa, and a refrigerator. It was evident that Auntie Visoki had spent a lot of time preparing for his stay in the city.

"Thank you, Auntie, for all of this," Eli said sincerely. Auntie Visoki was one of the few people who had been genuinely nice to him.

She was a business partner of his Adopted mother; Rollsa Baxter, She ran an architectural design company and was considered a successful woman.

Worried about her son's bullying and close death, Eli's mother sent him to the best private high school in the Hutton District: Hutton High Academy and Auntie Visoki would lose her accumulated merit trying to put someone like him into Hutton High Academy.

"You are too polite. Your mother has entrusted you to me so that I will take good care of you. Plus, I had always wanted a son," Auntie Visoki said with a smile.

"Thank you." Eli nodded, and he was ready to repay Auntie Visoki's loving care in the near future.

Auntie Visoki felt the sincerity in his words, and she was even more impressed by the boy. Compared to that cocky city boy, Machine Billy Danielle, Auntie Visoki preferred Eli Dengare Baxter as a son-in-law. Money and power were not the key to a happy marriage; honesty and integrity were.

After a while, they drove out of the Lakeside Community, and towards the Visoski family residence.

Milliette Visoki and Eli were sitting side by side in the back seat. They only exchanged a few words before the girl completely lost interest in Eli. She was out of his league. None of them spoke a word to each other, dragging out the silence. Eli eventually put on a tired look and rested his head against the window and pretended to be sleeping.

Although Eli had given her a good impression during their first meeting, she didn't like to talk to people who were less popular than her, especially when the boy was ignoring her in the first place.

She knew the likes of him: pretending he was not interested, thinking that he could make her feel jealous. She had seen too many boys play that trick on her, but none had succeeded.

However, Eli was not even remotely interested in her, much less in the mood of playing tricks. His mind was occupied by his plan for revenge.

The Aircraft had pulled over to Auntie Visoski's house.

Eli's accommodation was located at the edge of downtown. Facing the enormous Santiago lake, it was considered a high-quality mid-range property in Hutton District. On the other hand, the Visokis lived in a suburban development in Yuma District, which was only a few minutes drive from Eli's place.

The car followed a highway that hugged the lake, and it eventually led them to the foot of the Yuma Mountain. Eli saw the name of the suburb development:

Anseronill's View Garden.

Eli recalled that the Anseronill's View Garden was a high-end residential development in the Hutton District. A small bungalow in this area would cost as much as two million credit .

Eli directed his gaze to the countless massive building of Various colors and style suspended up in the sky ."How much will leaving in a cheap house cost there?"

Hutton is the biggest District in Ember estate and the estate directly above Ember is Cyrolle Estate.

Auntie Tang lowered the rear view mirror and saw fascination in Chen Fan's eyes.

"The Yuma mountain was the most famous landmark here in Hutton District other than the Santiago Lake. The Anseronill's View was only the mid-tier development around this area. Maybe later we will go further into the mountain, and I will show you some villas. They make our house look like a shed in their backyard. You should come to visit us early in the morning too; the entire mountain will be shrouded in blue mist, hence its name, 'Yun-man': Blue blood."

There was a hint of envy in Auntie Visoki's voice while she spoke about those villas high up in the mountains.

"Up there, is the closest one can get to the Higher Plane Estate, it feels more closer just the feeling of seeing countless buildings close to your room. The cheapest house cost more than ten million. It was developed by the richest man in Hutton District and Head of Hutton District so middle class people can feel like they are living in the Higher Plane, but I don't think he and his billionaire friends live there," it's obvious they are living right above us in cyrolle Estate."

"The richest man in Hutton District and Head of Hutton District… The Adenea family?" Eli thought.

"Your house looks very big in my opinion. Our family lived in a Obsidian home in Slough Estate, New Tylon District; it was a government subsidized property."
