Previously after watching the news Chifuyu was questioning himself about the relation between Sansui Yamada and Yamazaki Yamada because the last name seemed the same and Sansui was currently missing for 2 weeks which made Chifuyu really worried... He gets a call from the police and his questions were answered... And it's not the answer he expected...

The three of them went to sleep as they were horrified because of what happened... In the evening, Chifuyu gets ready and goes to the hospital to meet Sansui and the Police officer...
Suzuya's and Dylan's schedule was full that day so they said that they wouldn't be able to visit. But Suzuya gave a "get well soon" gift to Chifuyu and told to give it to Sansui and said that he was sorry for not being able to meet him but will be happy to see Sansui all well and good...
Chifuyu: It's fine Suzuya... This get well soon card will be more than enough for Sansui to make him happy! You don't have to worry about what he'll think!
