Location: Autobot Base - Late Evening
The Autobot base was quiet. Most of the team had retired for the cycle, leaving only the faint hum of machinery and the occasional flicker of monitors to fill the silence. Orion Pax was slamming a Cybertronian size hammer on a Cybertronian size work bench in his quarters thx to Ratchet providing it for him. This base, wasn't home—not by a long shot—but it would do for now.
Orion was thinking on how to make the Decepticons pay, he knows their not all bad but raisng the dead, is a no go. He was keeping himself occupied as he couldn't sleep, busy on making swords for him and D, as when they got their cogs from Alpha Trion....may Primus bless his spark. They didn't get any melee weapons so he is planning on fixing that and with Cybertronian size tools and etc to make these, should be easy though not as easy as he thought since this was his 23rd try, thankfully Agent Fowler provided him with enough metal to make these.
He stops hammering and then cools the blade in water as he finally got it right, as he heard a famliar femme voice called out, "Couldn't sleep either?"
He turns to see Arcee, he just nods and goes to make the second sword, for him. She asks in a curious manner; "So this what you been doing? Being a blacksmith? I heard a few things about your universe, what's it like?"
He replys back with, "Well, it's sorta nice until you learn someone you thought was a good person was a liar, a traitor to the whole planet, a false Prime, a tyrant, a ghoul by taking Cogs from newborn Cybertronians, basically your whole life being a lie!" He angerlily slams his hammer on the metal hard, then continues to slam it on a part, as he relives his past, he may never show it, and normally has a cool head but deep down, he's very pissed off at what Sentinel has done behind everyone's back, back home.
She just nods a bit slowly as she backs up when he slammed that hammer hard, as this shocks her a bit since he normally not this angry. Then again it's understandable that this is a reaction. She quickly scools her features deciding it's best to change the subject, a bit.
Orion is glad, very glad he's making the swords himself as he needs to vent his frustrations out since D let his frustrations out on his punching scarp pillar in his quarters back home so this doesn't make it any different.
There was silence for a bit but Orion breaks with, "Despite that it wasn't all bad, I gotten two new friends, one them aka B-127 tried naming himself Badassatron."
She laughed at that, picturing a version of Bumblebee trying name himself that as she trys to collect herself, saying; "He tried naming himself that?!" She ends up laughing more as I finished making my sword.
He'd grabbed both his and D's swords as he made my way to sharp them and create some bladed edges for D's sword.
Arcee then whistles impressed at his craftsmanship as he created the bladed edges for D's sword and makes sure all tips are sharpened.
They talked more about my world and she agrees about Sentinel, even more so cause of his SIC Airachnid some reason.
He was finished with their swords and used some cables to shock Orion and his sword which Arcees help with some reassurance and when it was done, his sword has some blue glowing it as it folded into his servo gone.
"Success! I finally gave myself a working Cybertronian sword!" He cheered happily as Arcee just sighs as she shakes her head since she can't believe one it worked and two how he talked her into helping.
Arcee then looks at him with a small smile as she teases him a bit; "C'mon sword maker let's get you a Earth alt mode so you can blend in."
He followed with a little bit of a complaint to the common area as he is carrying D's sword and the cables he used to shock himself and my sword. He realized that he wants save his alt mode as a scannable hologram first. "Umm wait before we go get my alt mode, I want mine saved as a scannable hologram," he said which Ratchet hears and immediately notices what he is holding.
"What you think your doing with those?" He asks strict tone with some worry in it.
"These for D so he can get his sword connected to him, I did it with mine, speaking of which where is he?" He'd asked as I looked around for him which Ratchet immediately begins scolding us.
"He went out for a drive, and you! Shouldn't shock yourself for this! You should have came to me, and Acree you let him do it?!" He says with disbelief and anger.
"Why don't you try convince him otherwise, he's hard to argue with, and I figured since he wouldn't take a no for a answer make sure he doesn't fry himself doing it," she sassed back.
Ratchet raises his arms in the air in total disbelief still. "You- no what nevermind, what's done is done. Now I know how D-16 feels, I wonder how does he put up with you?" He asked as Orion just shrug and transformed. So he can scan his alt mode with his medical scanner to save it as a scannable hologram plus to check my systems at once.
Arcee transformed as Ratchet opened the door letting us go since everything was fine with Pax. They drove out to a nearby junkyard.
Orion felt amazed at the outside desert, seeing a organic planet, he never got to enjoy the sights, as ofc they met Arcee and Wheeljack and just woke up in this place. He felt what the Autobots feel, the need to protect this planet from tyrants.
He'd then saw a truck with flames on it and scanned it. He felt my parts shift to match the form as Pax felt himself get a bit bigger and he'd noticed he gained a trailer with his alt mode.
He wondered how he got it when Orion realized the truck he scanned had one so he gave myself it which Pax chuckle. "Nice pick, let's head back to base." Arcee says not surprised at his choice at all, as they drove back.
When they got back, Orion unhooked himself from his trailer and transformed with Arcee once we got inside. Optimus came and noticed his new look and trailer with a really look; "I see you copied me in a way, why?" He'd shrug at that, and hey not his fault it looked cool.
Optimus sighs as he explains; "Orion we detected a moving energon signal, I want you and D-16 to come with me."
Arcee and Orion nodded as Acree taps side of her helm; "D-16, get back to base now," she says in a sharp and urgent tone.
