Both Nine and D49 enter the ring, the boss wakes up instantly as a result and it roars, echoing across the forest, the roar, causing the two's hair to blow back a bit.
"Well, it's loud." Nine says covering his ears, trying to block out the sound.
"-Yeah." D49 doing the exact same thing as Nine.
The boss lunges at the two, targeting Nine first, he uses his skill [Red Code], and a bright red ball appears and starts shaping itself. He creates bold lines that surround the area, bouncing off the trees and ground as Nine is lifted in the air with one of the lines.
D49 dodges the lines, trying not to get hit, she sometimes falls and has to roll on the ground.
"Oh My GOSH, he's insane, how can he visualize something like this." She keeps jumping around while focusing on the boss, waiting for him to trap the beast.
The peddle circle starts expanding, the rocks rolling out into the trees.
"Right, forget about that, it expands so the entire forest becomes the battleground."
The boss starts jumping around the trees and chasing Nine, he is moving around the trees, riding the lines that are zig-zagging.
"THIS IS AWESOME AS ALWAYS!" He screams while still riding the line. The boss catches up to him which forces him to jump off his ride, he then creates another orb, which transforms into a trident, he throws it at the boss, but it dodges, the boss tries to hit him but he then envelopes himself in the bold lines, this protects him from damage.
"YOU GUYS ARE SO FAST, GOSH!"
D49 has caught up to the two fighting and she jumps up the trees to reach a branch.
"Hey, I'm over here, get ready, my trap is almost complete."
"Yeah, gotcha."
The boss tries grabbing Nine but it fails again, which causes it to change its target to D49.
"Crap, he changed to be, Ego you ready."
"-Yep,"
The sword D49 is holding starts to glow and the boss gets wrapped up in the bold line, it falls to the ground, and struggling to break free, Nine opens his inventory, which is shown as a white hexagon, he pulls out a hand-sized keyhole lock and throws it towards the boss, when it hits the boss, it disappears and freezes the boss in place.
"Wow, I actually remembered an item I had that wasn't one I always used, good job me."
Nine thinks to himself, his sparkle emote activates again. D49 notices this but shifts her gaze back to the monster.
The blade begins lighting up a bright gold color and the sword starts becoming very long. She jumps towards the monster, screaming as she falls.
"ALRIGHT, GOLDEN PUNISHER!" D49 screams, and swings her sword at the boss, which lands successfully:
HP [100/100] → HP [94/100]
"Alright!" The monster tries to grab D49 but Nine saves her just in time, grabbing her with a bold line.
"Hm, I have a power position, use it." He types [Power Potion] into his Search Box and grabs a red potion from his inventory. He gives it to D49 who chugs it down, she glows red and feels so much lighter.
"Holy, this feels so much better, why didn't you give this to me sooner?"
"Listen, I don't remember everything in my inventory, even I forget things."
The boss grabs D49 and throws her to the ground, Nine creates a straight bold line and uses it like a sword, swinging it at the boss:
HP [94/100] → HP [82/100]
He damages the boss a lot more than D49 but not enough to kill it. The boss is sent flying from the attack, it breaks a couple trees from being flung away.
"You okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine, Ego you good?"
"I'm alright, be more careful next time please,"
"Don't worry, I'll be careful."
Nine looks towards the boss and sees that it's swinging back to him, screeching at him with fury, he could tell that it was angry. He puts on his glasses which were off until this point. This reveals the stats of the monster, its Skills, Attack, Defense, Fatigue, and Skills.
"Hey master, what's popping."
A girl appears from the glasses, seemingly with physical form but someone only he can see through the use of the glasses, it has the appearance of an adult woman, its eyes are black with white pupils, its hair is black, and it wears a short thigh low white dress with short sleeves, revealing her shoulders, white heels, and a red lace choker.
"Oh, so you're fighting a boss." It says. "Yeah, and I'll need you to help me out."
He says this as the boss reaches him, he dodges it and creates a hammer with that same bold line he used as a sword, instead of hitting the boss, he throws himself back by hitting the branch he is on.
"Aren't you like Level 250?" the AI says. "My skill doesn't do that much damage, you know that, since the skill is level 99, I can make it take shape into anything, it doesn't increase its damage that much."
"Yeah I know, just use your items."
The Ai is sharpening its nails as it says this while Nine is jumping around avoiding the boss, he dodges some of its webs that shoot towards him, and he hits the boss again, using the large hammer:

D49 jumps across the branches as well and charges towards the boss, she uses her skill [Double Weapon] to create a replica of Ego and swings them both at the monster but she misses, she looks towards the monster to see it trying to stop her.
"I'll handle it!" Ego changes her form to a shield, D49 puts the shield in front of her to protect herself, and the attack is repelled which leaves the monster suspended in the air for a bit. Nine uses this chance to create thick arrows that pierce the boss:

"Alright, we're doing good, you gotta help me out if you want to gain experience."
"I know, I know, I'm sorry, I never did branch jumping when fighting it, I'm not a teenager like you, I have all this damn meaty baggage." She motions towards her large thighs.
"Actually I'm 18, I just look like a teenager because I accidentally stopped my body's aging at that time."
"Oh wow, sucks to be you."
D49 and Nine jump up to avoid the Spider Gorilla's grab and she swings the sword at the monster:
HP [59/100] → HP [50/100]
After this attack the monster starts roaring, which causes the spiders around the area to crawl towards the boss, the two jump off the tree they were at to the ground, the boss is then wrapped in webs and a time limit starts:
[Second Phase: 2 Minutes and 59 Seconds left]
"Alright let's plan a bit, how do we beat it since it's gonna enter its second phase soon."
"Wait, it has a second phase!"
She stands there confused, she has never reached this far when fighting the boss.
"You have any strength potions?"
Nine stands there for a bit, saying nothing, looking into the distance like he's stupid, Ego transforms back into her human form.
"No, but I got another sword stashed away that you can use."
"Does it have some sort of effect to help us?"
"Well, it can increase your Crit Rate times 5 so that's something."
"I also have these [Blue Energy Popsicles] which can reduce our fatigue to zero and offer a speed increase for a certain amount of time."
He takes the popsicles out of the inventory and shows them to D49 and Ego, waving them around.
"That should work, anything else?"
"I don't know, I don't remember my inventory much and I doubt I'll find something useful within 2 minutes."
"What, you're talking as if you have like a thousand items or something."
He stares and smiles at D49. "Right, she doesn't know, I'm dropping too many hints."
"ANYWAYS, let's just work with what we have okay? Okay."
"Yeah, sure."
D49 is disappointed and suspicious of Nine's behavior so far, he has a level 99 skill, he seems experienced and he speaks as if he has a wide variety of items. "Something don't add up, is he really level 25?"
She stares at Nine, who is looking away, a poor attempt at being clueless.
"Whatever, give me the sword."
Nine takes out the sword, a shiny diamond sword, with red crystals. "Tch, I've had it, you're not level 25, having this yo bag, tell me your actual level!"
"I'm level 25, whatever do you mean."
"-Whatever."
She observes the sword, admiring its design, shape, and form
"Don't look at the sword like that, you're making me jelly."
Nine thinks to himself about possibly wearing armor but does not really remember much of the armor he wore before.
"I mean you can use the [Loser's Tracksuit] if you want to boss." The Ai says, now appearing out of nowhere.
He remembers that he obtained it during a raid quest. He opens his menu, goes into his armor section, and typing [Loser's Tracksuit], he clicks on the icon that tells him the abilities of the armor,
"So it allows me to take up to 3 attacks without damage, increases agility and it reduces my increase in fatigue."
"...I should equip it."
He presses the icon which equips the tracksuit, it's a black, white zip-up tracksuit with light-yellow stripes down the sleeves, light-yellow cuffs and a stand-up collar, a black t-shirt, white loose socks, and white Nike Air Forces 1 High ID with red laces and thick midsoles.
"Hm, is that equipment?"
D49 asks, who was looking around her inventory and equipping different skills.
"Yep, it'll help me out here, look at its ability.
D49 opens her menu, looks at the "armor's" stats, and reads them, surprised at what she sees.
"Yeah, that's pretty useful, why didn't you equip this sooner?" Ego asks.
"My little partner told me about it since I forgot about it, I remember liking this tracksuit."
Nine looks at the time limit and sees:
[Second Phase: 1 Minute and 10 Seconds left]
"Did you change out your skills?"
"Yeah I did, I kept the Double Weapon but here are the new skills I'm using." D49 shows her equipped skills to Nine:
Leap Jump: You can make jumps in midair, allowing for one to continuously stay midair.
Royal Sword: Increases the output of your attack damage x20 but it can only be used once a day.
Nine reads the skills and nods in acknowledgment. "Those are some good skills."
"You know, Ego and I never actually made it this far against this boss, so this is a first and I'm already scared."
"The boss will start using magic, so it will definitely be more complicated."
"I'll equip one of my swords, that way, we can both attack it."
He scrolls through his inventory, pressing the weapon tab, and then finds a sword called the [Sword of Perseverance], a purple sword that has a thick rectangle blade, it allows the user to increase the fatigue of anyone it attacks.
"This will definitely help." He hears an alarm go off and looks up at the countdown:
[Second Phase: 0 Minutes and 0 Seconds left]
Nine, D49, and Ego all look up and see the ball of webs starting to glow.
"I hope I'm useful." Ego says, transforming into a blade again for D49. A massive explosion of webs erupts, the 2 slash the webs to not get caught by them, the monster lands, the ground shakes from the impact and the D49 struggles to keep herself straight.
The monster now glowing bright purple with purple flames leaving its body, its eyes now bright red, its large stomach once a regular stomach, now possessing a mouth and 3 spider eggs appear behind it.
"That's. So scary." D49 is a bit scared, now seeing the true power of the Spider Gorilla for the first time.
"Alright, let's kill this thing!"
"Right!"
They both charge at the boss, and it does the same, preparing for the final brawl.
