Why was she shaking? Did she perhaps do something to the food? Tristan asked himself, looking at her and observing all her reactions.
"Do you not like it?" Aria asked when Tristan's eyes on her became too intense. She wanted to know what he was thinking, but it was hard to read his expression. Sometimes he is smiling and teasing her, while other times, he feels distant, cold, and unapproachable.
Tristan smiled and replied, "It's good. Since you are not hungry, you have to stay with me until I finish everything." He took another bite, and even though he knew that she might have poisoned the food, he still ate it.
As per his request, Aria stood and watched him eat, and as soon as he finished his food, she spoke up, "Can we talk?"
