Time flew by, and several years passed in the blink of an eye.

In just a few years, one could accomplish a great deal—or end up with nothing. Sol, however, embodied the latter.

It might be too harsh to say he had done "nothing." His life had seen stable development, but there had been no major changes.

He had occasionally absorbed a few magic stones, and combined with the divine power he diligently cultivated, he had managed to speed up the construction of Valoran.

After his visit to Ionia, Sol had gained another way to pass the time. Life was no longer boring, as he could always visit Valoran to check on the progress of his parallel consciousness.

The familia's development had been smooth and steady, and there was no need for Sol, the main god, to do much. Riveria had been handling everything with great efficiency.

Sol had even stayed in Ionia for several months, and publicly declared that he had traveled outside Orario.

Watching Demacia grow more stylish with each passing day, he felt an inexplicable sense of accomplishment in his heart.

At the same time, the heroes of Demacia had been summoned in great numbers.

Although the days of peace were somewhat dull, the members of Sol's family enjoyed the calm and had grown steadily over the years.

In a few short years, the levels of these heroes had surpassed most of the adventurers in Orario.

Apart from the newly summoned heroes, even the Demacian champions brought in later like Sett and the others have made significant progress.

Even someone like Heimerdinger, who spends most of his time immersed in scientific research, has essentially reached LV4.

The quickest to level up were the combat-obsessed heroes like Sett and Kled, who had reached LV5 some time ago.

But overall, Eina was the fastest to level up. As Sol's proud daughter, she had reached the peak of LV4 in just five years of being an adventurer.

Though it might seem slower than Sett and the others, it was important to note that Eina had started from scratch.

Sett and the others had at least battle experience and skills to build upon, so their initial upgrade speed was frighteningly fast.

Eina's progress, however, was almost like riding a rocket.

The downside to the family's rapid development was that it was no longer possible for them to "pretend to be weak."

Although Riveria is still officially listed as LV6, the rest of the group trails behind by at least one level.

Despite Sol's best efforts to manage the familia, they had still secured a spot among Orario's top three adventurer factions.

Of course, they couldn't pull off the audacious stunt Hermes had, boldly declaring that his entire familia was at LV2 or LV1.

——

At home, Sol was enjoying a massage from two of the fox beauties.

After spending so much time together, Haruhime had improved a lot, overcoming her shy and introverted tendencies.

Sol had to admit that Haruhime really had the potential to be a maid—her natural talent for serving others was incredible.

"You really enjoy this, don't you?" Riveria's voice interrupted.

"Riveria-sama!" Haruhime quickly jumped up, nervously grabbing the clothes around her to cover herself.

It was one thing to serve others, but she was still embarrassed to be caught.

Ahri, on the other hand, was completely unfazed, waving to Riveria with enthusiasm, almost inviting her to join in.

The contrast between the two personalities was stark but amusing.

"Didn't you go to the guild? What trouble did those guys cause this time?" Riveria asked.

"It's mostly about the bombs. They just want to make sure we pay our taxes this year," Sol explained.

"Those guys, always watching us. There are plenty of shops selling bombs now!" Riveria sighed, clearly exasperated.

The technical aspects of Ziggs' bombs weren't that high, and as time passed, some of the familia had figured out how to make them. What was once an exclusive business had become more widespread.

However, Ziggs' research speed was unmatched, and his new products were constantly hitting the shelves. As the first to develop them, their shop in Babel still had significant profits.

"After all, our shop has the highest income," Sol mused.

"True. But these are just small matters; the people in the shop can handle them, right?" Riveria agreed.

"Our family hasn't gone on an expedition in a while," she continued. "The guild has been asking when we're going to take action."

"Expedition, huh?" Sol yawned lazily. "The Loki Familia already went on one a while ago."

"...It's been almost two weeks since they left. The Loki Familia has a larger number of expeditionary troops. They're probably around the 50th floor by now."

Sol raised an eyebrow. "What do you think? Going on an expedition now might mean we run into them."

Riveria looked thoughtful. "Are you worried about people discovering we falsely reported our floor? They probably already dealt with Balor on the 50th floor."

"Then go ahead," Sol said. "Handle the personnel arrangements and material preparations. Just remember, safety first."

His family was now quite wealthy, and Sol no longer needed to rely on the dungeon for money.

If he could, Sol would turn his family into a commercial familia so that he wouldn't have to worry about expeditions anymore.

But that wasn't an option. Their status as one of the three major factions of Orario made it impossible for them to change the nature of their family.

"I'll make the arrangements immediately so we can return as soon as possible," Riveria assured him.

Sol seemed distracted, and Riveria knew it was because he was always like this before an expedition.

After all, an expedition meant that many of the family members would be away. While Sol's family was strong, they were still a little understaffed compared to other large familias.

During an expedition, most of the familia would go along.

To manage this, they divided into front, middle, and rear teams, with each team almost resembling a larger adventuring party in terms of strength and capabilities.

However, now that the Sol family had a relatively large personnel reserve, they didn't need to worry about front-line or support personnel as much.

Though there was still a concern.

The treatment issue remained a minor worry.

The family had an assistant with healing abilities, and even with Reveria added, it seemed unlikely they could guarantee one healer per team.
