Today is the day that Vodzy can get out of the hospital. He is so happy that he can leave this boring place.
"Ah, finally. By the way, where is Atlan? Is he not here to take me home?"
"Umm... He's currently facing an urgent situation, i mean school, so he can't make it. That's why my brother asked me, who's on vacation, to come here..." replied Pasifik.
"I'm sorry, it's better if you go on vacation. I can get home on my own..." Vodzy said, looking sad.
Seeing him like that, Pasifik felt bad.
"Don't worry, I was just joking. I'm fine, after all, you're my brother's boyfriend, so I have to look after you too, right?"
Vodzy was unable to respond, as if he had fallen to earth and been thrown back into the vast, clear sky.
" so, comeback right now? "Pasifik asked
" yeah, it's time to go back "
They then pack up and head home with Pasifik's car. Along the way, they have a casual conversation about Vodzy's personal life.
"Hey, are you not from this country?" Pasifik asked while driving the car.
"Eh... Is it that obvious?" Vodzy replied, slightly surprised.
"It's pretty obvious... I don't know where you're from, but if you will leave us someday?" Pasifik questioned.
Vodzy remained silent.
"When you leave, please let Sam know. I don't want him to get ghosted like our parents did."
"I don't know..." Vodzy said.
"You don't know? You look pretty odd, haha. No wonder Sam has a thing for you. Do you know that Sam has rejected forty guys and sixty-five girls? Even though they were all good-looking. I don't know why..." Pasifik shared stories about Samudra and his past.
"Is that true? That's a lot of people... "
"Yeah, probably more than that, i kinda forgot. If you check his Instagram, you'll get pretty pissed, considering how many people message him," Pasifik said, slightly irritated.
"why....?" Vodzy ask because he feel something when Pasifik say that
"Yeah, he forced me to manage and respond to his Instagram. It's annoying, you know..."
"Sorry about that. My brother can be a pain sometimes, and he tends to be quite stubborn. If you don't give in, he might even start crying like a baby. Be careful, okay?" Pasifik added.
"I understand..."
"You can just call me sis, it sounds nicer and better"
" Okey, sis Sific" he called her Sific, short from Pasifik
"love that nickname, i think my friend should call me that way" she said.
Once they arrived at the house, Pasifik helped Vodzy unpack.
"Finally, we're done. Want to have breakfast together? I'll cook you something delicious," Vodzy offered.
"Ah, sorry. I have something to do. My friend texted me saying they want to meet up," Pasifik said.
"Ah, okay. Maybe next time..."
"Okay, then... Bye!"
Pasifik left the house, leaving Vodzy alone. Vodzy began cooking a meal – for himself and for Atlan, in case he got hungry later on.
As expected, the person he had been waiting for finally arrived. While Vodzy was busy cooking, Samudra walked up and hugged him from behind. He hugged him tightly and let out a disappointed sigh.
"What's wrong...?" Vodzy asked, sounding worried. He sensed something was amiss.
"At school today, a handsome guy asked me out again. Seriously... They're making me feel ick. I don't want to go to school tomorrow. I just want to stay with you..." Samudra complained.
"Hey, don't say that. You need to keep attending school. After all, it's saturday soon"
"and... It's ten and you already back? Did you skip school?" he continuously said with little confusion.
"I told you, I'm in a bad mood," Samudra said with a pout.
"Don't be like that. You'll have no future if you don't go back to school..." Vodzy lectured.
"Fine, but before I go back, I want to eat with you first," Samudra insisted.
"Alright, alright," Vodzy agreed reluctantly.
