Chapter 3 - Part 3: Secrets Shared

The days passed on by...

The day of results has arrived and Aria went to the notice board for the results while Adrian waits at back

"I WON!!!", Aria comes so happily and smiling

Adrian was lost in her smile.... inside his heart there was a river of love which started to flow

Aria snapped her fingers in front of his eyes saying " ya still remember the bet??"

"Of course madam" replied in a teasing manner

She giggled softly as they moved on.

Again Aria and Adrian had a night at school for studying

That night there was a thunderstorm, Adrian was walking back and forth, lost in his thoughts while Aria was studying and glancing at him

he suddenly stepped out and goes to a salon for his haircut in rain

Aria was puzzled, scared and alone while Oliver was practicing in the Indoor court for the basket ball match

Adrian comes soon with his head shaved..., seeing his face she starts to laugh so hard

"Wha....What did you do to you hair, Yo...You look so funny" she laughed

"A bet is a bet, right?," replied Adrian.

Adrian goes out of the class room onto the ground calling Aria to follow him. He starts playing in the rain as Aria stares at him while standing in the corridor. She feels safe around him and doesn't want to lose him, but she wants to confess her feelings but is afraid that he might not feel the same way towards her.

All of a sudden, Adrian pulls Aria into the rain and passes the football to her.

Aria'heart was beating so fast it felt to her as if its gonna jump out of her chest.

Slowly, they both became closer and closer and closer sharing about their secrets, their life style and ... They spent the whole night talking to each other that rainy night.

 "THE NEXT DAY"

All the students were talking about an issue that has happened in the school

There was an attempted robbery in the school, and everyone believed it was done by the outcast boy who has a history of stirring up trouble.

The teacher walked into the classroom with a security guard, the atmosphere turning tense in an instant.

"Students, I am your watchman, and there has been a robbery in the school's administration office. A total of $1,300 and a phone were stolen."

"Can all the students who stayed overnight please stand up? We need to interrogate you," the watchman commanded.

Adrian, overhearing the whispers among the students, felt a surge of anger and hurt. It was clear they suspected him, and that thought burned inside him. Frustrated, he stood abruptly, throwing his school bag down and shouting, "Check my school bag!"

Oliver and Aria, who had also been in the school the previous night, reacted similarly. They angrily hurled their bags near the teacher, determined to clear their names.

"You all will get suspended for this behavior!" the teacher shouted in disbelief.

"It's better than being suspected, ma'am," Aria shot back defiantly.

Adrian felt utterly crushed by the collective blame from his peers. Wanting to distance himself from the judgment, he retreated, seeking solitude, but Aria refused to leave his side. As usual, she walked over and playfully poked him with a pen.

"Leave me alone; I'm not in the mood," Adrian snapped.

"I'll never leave you," she replied, her determination shining through.

Adrian was taken aback. "What are you talking about? Make some sense, you idiot," he responded incredulously.

"Meet me in the park at 7:30 PM tonight. I need to talk to you," Aria said, her tone serious.

Adrian was left feeling confused and puzzled by her insistence.

That Evening

Later that night, Adrian arrived at the park early, around 7:00 PM, and settled on a swing, waiting anxiously. When Aria appeared, she spotted him swinging and decided to have a little fun.

She tiptoed behind him and suddenly yelled, "Booooooom!"

Adrian nearly fell off the swing, barely catching himself with the rod. "Stupid! You startled me, dumb!" he shouted, still catching his breath.

"Hehe, sorry!" Aria giggled, sticking her tongue out playfully.

She joined him on the swing, and they began to swing together.

"What did you want to talk about?" Adrian asked, opening up despite his earlier mood.

"Didn't you get hurt by the accusations?" Aria asked, her expression softening.

"Of course I did! But there's nothing I can do about it; it seems to be my fate. You know I'm the outcast, right?" Adrian said, the sadness evident in his voice.

"Is that why you asked me to come?" he inquired, seeking clarity.

"Hmm, I wanted you to feel better—that's why I called you tonight," Aria replied earnestly.

"Thank you, Aria. You're the one who really cares about me," Adrian whispered, his tone filled with gratitude.

"Alright, let's head home," Aria said, her smile returning.

"Can you walk me home?" she asked.

"Sure, I'll walk with you," Adrian replied.

As they walked, they stumbled across an ice cream shop, and Adrian offered to buy Aria some ice cream.

"What do you think? Do you have a crush?" she asked playfully as they continued down the road, ice creams in hand.

"What? Me?" Adrian said, laughing. "Who would even love an outcast like me?"

"Oh, really?" Aria responded, feigning indifference.

"Well, actually, I do like a girl, and she's so cute, beautiful, gorgeous—just an amazing girl," Adrian said, his face lighting up.

"Dude, hold on! You really keep praising her. Is she really that good?" Aria teased, although her heart sank slightly.

"Wanna know who she is?" Adrian asked, grinning.

"If you want to tell me…" Aria replied, trying to mask her apprehension.

"Fine, I'll wait," said Adrian with a cheeky smile.

Suddenly, he pulled her close by her waist. "This is my girl, the one I've loved for a long time."

"You know what? With this ponytail, you literally stole my heart," he said, holding her gaze.

Aria felt completely bewildered, her heartbeat quickening. "The—then why didn't you confess sooner?" she stammered.

"As if you did!" Adrian laughed, his tone teasing.

Tears of happiness welled in Aria's eyes, and she hugged him tightly for a moment.

When Adrian confessed his feelings, joy enveloped her. He held her close, gently tucking her hair behind her ear as he cradled her neck.

He leaned in, kissing her softly. The warmth of his lips made her feel alive, igniting a flurry of butterflies in her stomach—an indescribable feeling she had never experienced before.

They shared beautiful secrets that night, and as they held hands, Aria felt warmth radiate through her entire being.

As they walked to her house, a sudden burst of emotion hit. When Adrian was about to leave, Aria ran to him and hugged him tightly from behind.

"I'm so lucky to have you, Adrian. Thank you for being there for me," she said in a sweet, soft voice that melted his heart.

He turned to face her and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead, deepening her love for him.

The Next Day

The following day, a new friendship blossomed in their group. A guy named Liam connected with Adrian through their mutual love for music, while Aria's bench mate, Ava, quickly became her close friend.

The five of them—Aria, Adrian, Oliver, Liam, and Ava—evolved into the best of friends and the top students in their class.

Days turned into weeks, and one afternoon, Ava playfully asked Aria, "So, don't you have a boyfriend yet?"

Aria chuckled softly, replying, "Yeah, I don't have one."

Adrian, sitting nearby, couldn't help but laugh, well aware of the events from the previous night.

Later, when Adrian called Aria after reaching home, he asked, "Did you tell them yet?"

"Nope, darling. I never mentioned it," she replied, her smile evident even through the phone.

And so, Aria had all the answers to her questions, and now the cute couple was happier than ever.

THIS IS HOW THE SECRETS ARE SHARED BETWEEN THEM.
