The detective has no choice but to leave the place,there isn't many information regarding his goal to catch 2 monsters.
After he departed from the crime scene where his prey got away,he finally arrives back in Osaka,thinking about on how to catch those 2 monsters and how to lure them both in just one place,like a trap he thinks

"I guess i'm gona have to make a plan,I should get other police to discuss this plan" Saying alone in the room,then proceeds to go call the other people to make a plan.
After leaving the place he did the deed,Shirrö is now migrating back to Osaka,why?He has unfinished business with some criminals he forgot to take care of.It was a band of crimes,they do bunch of brutal things like:torturing,killing etc.Shirrö's blood thirst can't resist anymore,even tho he hasn't killed for only one day,his thirst for blood is strong,stronger than ever,because of his transformation,you may think the transformation is over,but no,is still evolving,his blood is not yet fully developed,his blood crying out more blood because of his need to kill.Now that he is back in Osaka,the streets starts panicking again about the urban legend they know about,yeah I'm talking about "EIchor",Even if they call the police he suddenly dissapears in the shadow with no trace left behind,the urban legend is not more a urban legend,is a real thing,all the police officers are looking for him.
While he's walking towards the band he wants to confront with,a officer faces him with fear,he knows he won't get killed,but he still fears his red eyes fulfilled with revenge
"What-t-t.. are you doing back there?I thought you left this city…" His limps and mouth shacking while saying this
"What am I doing there?Isn't it obvious,I'm here to kill criminals,don't be afraid,I know you're innocent by the look of your face,you wouldn't even hurt a fly" Walking past the officer with no bad intentions to kill the innocent man
"I'm-m-m gona report you to the police station…" Still shaking from Shirrö's presence,even tho Shirrö was 20 feet away from him.
"Don't care! Do whatever you want,but I'm still gona kill these criminals" Saying In loud tone
After Shirrö left,the officer finally dares to put his hands on the phone and then calls the person who opened the case "Detective Katsu"
After the phone call,Katsu rushes to the destination,actually he knows where is Shirrö going,he knew about the band but he let it go just to catch his prey.While Katsu is driving towards the base,somewhere in the back of a building,there are heard screams from the band's victims,also there living around 10 armoured people,they are leaving them alive to suffer by cutting pieces of their bodies but by bit.Shirrö is running towards the screams faster and faster,made from a woman that is around 25-30,she is also a mom.The mom's hand legs are out in locks while being naked and also watching her husband being tortured,his nails being cutter slowly to make him suffer more.
"Please let go of my husband..We didn't do anything to deserve this" Trying to move from her locks and crying from the screams.Then one of the man there starts touching her in a way the man wants to rape her.

"Ah,fuck,what the fuck,it hurts!" Before being able to continue his lines,his neck gets cut,killing him instantly.The alarm starts going off,resulting into calling all 9 reamintind people,Shirrö,is not scared,actually he is thirsty for blood.
"You 2,stay there ,I'm gona take care of something" Unlocking their locks,then leaving to the place where all people are.Whole Shirrö is walking towards the criminals,the police car siren is being heard.
"Oh shit,I need to kill them fast,then go somewhere to hide" Running faster towards the 9 people.Shirrö remembers he has a gun he took from the last victims,he never shoot before but he can learn fast.Shirrö takes a gun from his backpack then shoots directly at one of the man in there,right in the head.
"I guess this is begginer's luck" He then dodged a bullet who came from another man,who he immediately shoot him back.
"7 remaining" Then he shoots 3 bullets from his gun directly in all 3 people he aims at,killing them instantly.
"4 Remaining" He then loads his gun,shooting the last 4 remainings,but right before taking any more steps,he hears a voice from a man
"You're under arrested for creating panick in Osaka aswell in Kyoto" Then shoots right in Shirrö's right hand,right in his palm
"Oh shit.You know damn well,I only kill criminals" Trying to manipulate Katsu
"So what,wait,you're trying to manipulate me,this trick is so bad" Making a short laugh
"Yeah,I know" Also laughing,the rapidly he picks up a rock from the wall he standing right before him with his left arm,throwing it at directly in officer's forehead making him fall a bit,then Shirrö takes his chance and runs for it outside.
"Ow,you little shit,you'll pay for this" He gets up turning his eyes to his car,but before that he sees the two people stuck to all waiting for somene
"Damn,he is lucky,i guess Im gona help those 2 people" He then takes a clothing from his car,giving it to the naked woman
"Than you so much" Then Katsu let the 2 people get in his car driving to their house.
Shirrö is now on his way to his new target,the cartel,he hates it to so much,he takes his time to travel travel hours to Mexico,now running towards the closest airport in Osaka.
