Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Summoning

Leo sat at his desk, idly chatting with his best friend, Aiden. The classroom was alive with the usual buzz—girls giggling in the corner, students talking about the latest game releases, and some of the more serious ones buried in textbooks. Leo was somewhere in between. He had no real interest in the latest gossip, but he found it amusing to listen to his friends ramble on about things that seemed so trivial.

"Hey, Leo, you think Emily's into me?" Aiden asked, nudging Leo's arm.

Leo chuckled, leaning back in his chair. "If you have to ask, then you probably already know the answer."

Aiden sighed dramatically, his eyes scanning the class for any sign of the girl in question. Leo shook his head, amused by his friend's antics.

Suddenly, the atmosphere in the room shifted.

A strange formation appears on the floor of the classroom, intense pressure radiates from the formation causing the hairs on the back of Leo's neck to stand on end.

It started with a faint hum, followed by a flash of light that grew in intensity, so blinding that Leo had to squint. Then, without warning, a massive summoning circle materialized in the center of the classroom, glowing with otherworldly energy.

A chorus of gasps and confused shouts erupted from the students as they watched the circle expand, its intricate symbols swirling like fire in a storm.

"What the hell is going on?!" Aiden shouted, his eyes wide with shock.

Leo barely had time to process what was happening before the circle expanded further. One by one, his classmates began to float up into the air, their bodies glowing as they were pulled into the summoning circle. It was like something out of a dream—or a nightmare.

Leo stood up, his heart racing. "Is this some kind of prank?" he muttered, but deep down, he knew it wasn't.

A light appeared in front of him, and before he could react, it swallowed him whole. In an instant, the classroom vanished, and Leo found himself in an entirely different place.

He blinked, disoriented, as the blinding light faded. He was no longer in his classroom. Instead, he stood in a vast, radiant chamber—gleaming white marble floors stretching out into infinity. At the center of the room stood a figure, her presence so powerful that Leo felt it in the depths of his bones. A woman—no, a goddess—stood before him.

Her hair cascaded down in shimmering waves of gold, and her eyes glowed like twin stars in the night sky. Her expression was serene but commanding.

"Welcome," the goddess said, her voice echoing in Leo's mind. "You have been chosen."

Leo opened his mouth to speak, but his words caught in his throat. The others were here too, his classmates—floating in midair, all standing in awe. Their confusion was palpable, but there was no time to question it.

"You are here for a purpose," the goddess continued. "A great darkness looms over a distant world, and only you can defeat the Demon Lord who threatens its very existence. You have been summoned to aid in this fight.

Your powers will be awakened, and you will be sent to this world as its saviors."

As she said this a crystal ball appeared in her hand which radiated bright light, "this is origin crystal that will help you awaken your skills, and this will help you through your journey in other world"

Leo exchanged uncertain glances with Aiden and the others, but the goddess' words rang with a strange authority. He couldn't deny the feeling that something extraordinary was unfolding around him.

Before Leo could ask anything, the goddess raised her hand. "We don't have much time Prepare yourselves." as she said this the golden light shot from origin crystal and landed on every student present in the hall including Leo

Just then, an eerie, dark presence began to manifest in the chamber. The air turned cold, and a deep, menacing voice filled the space.

"You dare summon them?" the voice thundered, sending a chill down Leo's spine. "You cannot control the outcome of your actions."

The goddess' expression hardened. "It's too late," she replied, her voice steady. "The ritual has begun."

Leo felt an intense pull as the summoning circle beneath him flared up with more power than before. But then... something went horribly wrong.

A rift—a tear in space itself—began to form around the summoning circle, and Leo's heart raced as he felt a violent force tugging at him. The circle distorted, its energies going haywire. His classmates screamed as they were engulfed in the light, but before Leo could react, a dark energy slammed into the ritual.

The room shook violently, and the last thing Leo saw was the goddess' shocked face as a massive blast of force ripped through the space.

And then, everything went black.

When Leo regained consciousness, the world around him was eerily silent. The bright, heavenly chamber was gone, replaced by a dark and unfamiliar landscape. Towering trees loomed overhead, their branches twisting unnaturally toward the sky. The air was thick with the scent of damp earth and something else—something foul.

Leo stumbled to his feet, his head pounding. What happened? Where was everyone else?

He looked around, but there was no sign of his classmates or the goddess. Just him—alone.

A deep, rumbling growl echoed through the trees, sending a shiver down Leo's spine. He wasn't in heaven anymore. This was no peaceful realm. This... was a world filled with danger, and whatever dark force had attacked the summoning ritual was still out there, lurking.

As Leo steadied himself, a cold realization washed over him: he wasn't supposed to be here. This world—this nightmare—was not where he was meant to be. But now that he was here, he had no choice but to survive.

And maybe—just maybe—find a way to get back home.
