The next day, Jaden was woken up by Jenny.
As soon as the man opened the door, Jenny, still in her pajamas, rushed into his room without a word.
Luckily, there was nothing in Jaden's room that needed hiding, so he allowed her to do as she pleased.
Jenny was not shy at all and went straight to the room's phone to order breakfast.
The resort, which required expensive tickets for entry, provided top-notch service. Unlike many five-star hotels where breakfast was served at fixed times, here guests could have food delivered to their rooms whenever they wanted.
Jaden paused for a moment, then checked the time on his phone before asking, "Can we still order food now? Will they deliver it to the room?"
"Of course, that's the basic service here," Jenny replied, nodding.
"So, does that mean for lunch and dinner, we don't need to go to the restaurant? We can just stay in the room and have the staff bring it to us?" Jaden asked further.
"Huh? Why are you asking such silly questions?" Jenny looked at him strangely.
"No, just curious," Jaden shrugged, but in his mind, he was thinking: If the staff can deliver meals to the room, then maybe his plan to wait at the restaurant had a flaw?
Sherry could simply stay in her room and have the meals delivered to her.
However, when he thought back to their previous meals, there had still been a lot of people in the restaurant. He couldn't be sure whether Sherry would eat there or just have room service, so he decided to continue waiting for the right opportunity.
"Hey, did you know? I dreamt about you last night," Jenny said as she lay on Jaden's bed, propping her chin on her hands and swinging her legs.
"Really? What happened in the dream?" Jaden briefly glanced at her alluring nightgown before quickly turning his eyes away.
"I dreamt you were bullying me. You were all hands on, and when I tried to struggle, I was no match for you," Jenny said with a slight blush, then hesitated before admitting.
"Ha ha... Dreams are the opposite, right? But that dream sounds pretty strange," Jaden laughed awkwardly. It seemed like she was implying something again.
"Yeah, I thought dreams were the opposite too. You're so well-behaved, it's almost like you're not a man," Jenny teased, her tone subtly provocative.
"Everyone's different. We've still got a couple of days here. What do you want to do today?" Jaden asked, trying to change the subject.
"Honestly, it feels like there's nothing special here. The more options there are, the harder it is to choose. After breakfast, why don't you come swimming with me? I was thinking about getting a spa, but the place is always crowded, and I don't want to wait," Jenny complained.
"Swimming? Sure!" Jaden nodded, and just as he did, the room service arrived with their breakfast.
It wasn't much, but everything was beautifully presented. When the waiter handed Jaden the bill, he realized that room service wasn't free and that he'd have to tip the staff.
After breakfast, Jaden and Jenny took a stroll up to the mountain's summit to enjoy some fresh air.
At lunch, Jaden planned to wait at the restaurant, but Jenny showed no sign of leaving the room. Reluctantly, he ended up accompanying her to the resort's outdoor swimming pool instead.
Perhaps because it was mealtime, the pool wasn't too crowded. A few people were lounging lazily on beach chairs, soaking up the sun.
The pool was cleverly designed. It was carved into the mountainside, with an open space at the edge that protruded like a lookout point. If you swam to the edge and looked down, the view was breathtaking -- like swimming amidst the clouds.
Jaden changed into his swim trunks and entered the pool, waiting. Soon, Jenny appeared, dressed in a pink floral swimsuit.
The last time Jaden had seen her in a swimsuit was during the evening when they soaked in the hot springs. The lighting had been dim, so he hadn't been able to fully appreciate her figure.
Now, in broad daylight, Jaden was utterly stunned by her stunning physique.
Tall, with flawless skin, long, slender legs, and curves in all the right places—it seemed like the goddess had sculpted her, ensuring every one of a woman's best traits were present in Jenny.
Luckily, she wore a pair of sunglasses, which helped cover most of her breathtaking face. Even so, several men swimming nearby couldn't help but collide with the pool's edge after staring at her.
"What are you looking at?" Jenny walked toward him, unabashedly flaunting her perfect body.
"Nothing, just thought you switched swimsuits. The one you wore at the hot springs wasn't this one, right?" Jaden asked.
"Idiot, are you only noticing the swimsuit?" Jenny pouted.
"Well… What should I be paying attention to?" Jaden casually glanced over her figure again and asked with a mischievous smile.
"Ugh, you're terrible. The sun's pretty strong. Aren't you going to wear sunglasses?" Jenny raised her hand to shield her eyes from the sun and asked.
"My sunglasses are in the car. Didn't grab them, but this little sun doesn't bother me. I used to work under the blazing sun back in the day!" Jaden replied, flexing his arm to show off his bulging muscles.
His years of delivering food had given him a tan, and compared to Jenny's fair skin, the difference was striking. Jenny couldn't help but glance at his abs and, on impulse, reached out to touch them.
"Don't touch, you'll have to pay for it!" Jaden teased, pretending to be serious.
"Fine, I'll touch it, then you can touch mine!" Jenny wasn't shy at all, boldly squeezing his abs.
"Knock it off, there are other people around. Aren't you supposed to swim? Go on, do some warm-up exercises and get in," Jaden suggested, trying to steer her back on track.
"Yeah, wait!" Jenny said, heading back to the small shop by the changing room. When she returned, she had a pair of sunglasses in her hand.
"It's for you. With this much sun, it's better to wear it. I might swim a little longer. If you get tired, you can just relax on the chair," she said with a smile.
Jaden looked at her in surprise but smiled and put on the sunglasses. "Thanks."
"Hee hee, you look pretty cool with it on. Want to swim with me for a bit?" Jenny beckoned.
"Sure, I'm at your service." Jaden took off the sunglasses and followed Jenny into the pool. They swam around for a bit and reached the edge of the pool, where they felt like they were swimming in the clouds.
Jenny, perhaps not used to exercising much, soon grew tired and pulled Jaden back to the poolside. After putting the sunglasses back on, she handed him a bottle of sunscreen. "Help me with this, please."
"Why are you putting on sunscreen at the top of a mountain? Aren't you supposed to do that on the beach?" Jaden teased.
"It's the same. With the sun so strong, I'll get tan if I'm not careful. Hurry up!" Jenny lay down on the lounge chair.
Jaden didn't refuse. He took the sunscreen and squeezed some into his hands, preparing to rub it on her back.
Just then, a few young women walked out of the changing room. Jaden casually glanced up and froze.
There, in a swimsuit, was **Sherry**!
