It was a beautiful night sky but its disappearing as the clouds slowly enveloping and hides the casted light by the moon, as if there something terrible are going to happen.
The sound of wind and sound of footstep could be heard along with the bouncy sound as Klein intensely looking at the village.
"What is happening?" He said and saw the village burning, hear the sounds of his beloved people in agony and a fierce sounds of weapons clashing in it. "It still so far, It will take an hour even if ran with all I have."
He felt a raindrop into his shoulder and soon realize the wind got intense, it is a rainfall.
"Gluttony! Shapeshift!"
Gluttony with a flexible appearance turns into a bigger looking slime. He hops on it and shouted "Dash!!"
"Dash skill is usually used as a physical attack but in this way I could use it as a movement speed" He said to himself.
With that speed they reached the front of village that supposedly took an hour and clash through the gate.
A sound of woods could be heard as they go through it and saw a devastating situation.
"He-help! Klein"
"Pino! What happened he–"
A spear flung and pierce into Pino's stomach and Klein felt her body as she fall towards him.
A tremendous shocked and confusion is enveloping in Klein, he saw one of his friend died and remembering how she just laughed this morning, how she tease him towards Cela and everything about her. His mind are clouded and without him realizing, his eyes are getting blurry– he is crying without but not because he did something wrong like before. He just felt that something inside him is being dragged out.
"What a view"
It was a calm tone yet provoking him, he hears a clap.
"What a hassle, this is his forces? It just gives me more work after looking for her."
With a blurry vision cause of wet, he look at it and saw a woman in a black fitted dress wielding a purple spear emiting a dark smoke at the blade. She resembles a succubus, a lustful appearance yet terrifying to look at.
She pointed the spear into him and was about to plunge, but it suddenly clash into somewhat soft causing it to clash back.
'Boing'
Gluttony disrupts Klein's thoughts and make him back to his senses.
"What is that thing?" The woman said.
Klein stands up while he equipped Gluttony as a shield in his right hand.
"Who are you?" Klein asked.
"Why would I mention my name to a dead man?" She replies.
He stance and Gluttony envelop his body, it become an armor like but transparent.
"Is that a slime? For real?" She said.
She understimate Gluttony as a slime. After I understands Gluttony at the forest I learned that slime is not that simple as it looks like.
"Dash!"
Klein teleported in front of her and punch her as soon as he reach her range.
The woman barely defend it and was shocked to the damage he inflicted.
'Gluttony, has a high stats than mine and better skills than mine. But if I utilize it as my body armor, I could benefit in its stats.' He said to himself.
"You got me there" she said.
She walks forward as normally.
"You wanted to know my name right?" She said as she continously walks.
Klein is cautious, he knows something was up. He attentively look at the sorrounding but still do not have an idea.
"Well, my name is..."
"Klein!!!! Behind you!"
"...Death."
Klein protects his nape with Gluttony, a blade almost slash his neck but the woman also dash forward but a guy cast a fire magic causing her to jump backward.
"Tsk, what a waste of chance" she said and the annoyance could be seen in her face.
A robed guy dash nearby death and apologizing for not doing his task, he mumble to death and she smile widely.
"Your name is Klein?" Death asked.
He nodded.
"I can't play any longer now Klein, take this as your lucky day." After saying it, she exploded a dark smoke at the ground and disappeared.
Gio and his party are heavily injured due to the battle but manage to survive.
"What happened here?" Klein asked.
"The woman you just fought disguised herself as an adventurer and when she got into the village, she massacre everyone in her sight." Gio explained.
"It was a plan" Delsus said and step forward. "While she mercilessly killing everyone, there are at least 4 or more in robe searching for something and they attacked us suddenly." He added.
"I did everything I could to heal them but–" Lara said but suddenly cried out.
The village received a huge damage and a lot of people died. Klein saw the countless body laying down the ground, he realize how weak he is.
"It is a good thing that you are still outside when this things happen." Gio said.
Klein got offended for what Gio said. "What do you mean by that? I could not help because I was far, yet you said It is still a good thing."
"I know what you're feeling, but if you saw her–" Delsus suddenly stopped Gio for what he is a out to say.
"Her?" Klein asked and realizes that she is still not here.
"Where is Cela?"
"She was caught" Gio said.
"What do you mean she was caught?" Klein furiously asked.
"We do not know also Klein, but she was kidnapped and they take her away, we don't know why but we found out that she was the one they were looking for." Lara explained.
A tremendous aura suddenly appear and paralyze them.
"I can'y move my body." Klein said.
"What is happening?" Gio asked.
Everyone is terrified and confused, as if their body are being pinned down by a tremendous force causing them to paralyze.
A large axe suddenly appear at the back of Gio and vertically slashed him.
Lara throws up for a gruesome death of Gio.
"Gio!!!!!" Delsus shouted and suddenly able to move. He immediately fire an arrow into an invisible enemy.
A large appearance of creature slowly appearing, it uses a concealment causing them not noticing it.
They were petrified in place for what they saw. It was a minotaur, a mythical beast in legend that destroys the well known ancient civilization.
"Why it is in here?" Delsus asked.
It release loud roar that makes the debri in village flew away. It is so loud that makes them disoriented.
It reached his hand to Lara and caught her, Delsus is still firing at it while Klein is still petrified.
"Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!" The last thing Lara said after getting smashed into the ground multiple times.
"Klein! Run!!! You should at least survive in this." Delsus said.
"But–"
"Remember what Gio said to you?"
Then suddenly he remembers Gio saying "No matter what happen, you should survive in every situation. When you did that you could be much stronger and face again your struggles to defeat it– but I will not lose in to you hehe."
"So run now, Klein! Don't look behind, you will survive this!" Delsus said.
Klein was able to move and run away, he is crying and realizes everything he knows are now lost.
"You piece of bull, don't you ever touch that boy" Delsus said to distracts it.
Klein, dash forward without looking behind as Delsus said. He knows that Delsus will never survive that beast but everything will be in vain if he did not run away.
He runs without a plan of where heading to. All he knows that he need to get away from the village, as far as he know.
He reached the cliff and heard the waves clashing, he is at the Sol cliff.
"So this is where you went to?" A boy suddenly talk from behind.
Klein got shocked that he is being followed, and as soon as she look at him, it is already dashing forward to attack him.
Gluttony shielded the attack but Klein was tripped backward causing him to fall in cliff.
"He still fall after getting shielded? How unfortunate of him." The boy said before leaving the place.
Klein got a glimpse of his memories of everyone while falling, he remembers how peaceful and calming the memories are.
He remember Cela who took care of her ever since, but now he will never have a chance to give a good life to repay her.
Klein rushing downward to the wave causing him to lose consciousness and thought he is dead...

'Boing'
The crash of waves could be heard nearby and Klein is laying around the rocks, near him is Gluttony–waiting for him.
"It seems like you save me again, Gluttony." He said. "But still, everything is now gone."
'Boing'
He lost his consciousness once again and the night goes on.
