"Looks like the Blessed Farmland is working perfectly," Lucian remarked with a grin.

He turned to Lin Daiyu, who stood gracefully by the newly cultivated field. "From now on, we'll use water from the Moonwell to irrigate the crops and for all our drinking and cooking needs."

Lin Daiyu nodded softly, though her face flushed faintly. "Master, may I ask... can this water also be used for bathing?"

Lucian's grin widened. "Of course! It's not just for crops. It's a luxury we should take full advantage of."

Her cheeks turned pink, but she simply responded, "I'll make sure to remember that, Master."

The second day in the Void went by without much incident.

Lucian kept a watchful eye on the defenses while Lin Daiyu tended to the Blessed Farmland. With a healthy stockpile of Void Crystals, he felt secure, at least for the time being.

The Third Day

After a simple lunch, Lucian felt a twinge of discomfort in his stomach and made his way to the [Language of Roses] restroom.

As he entered, a faint, floral aroma greeted him, subtle but intoxicating.

The scent seemed to permeate his mind, washing away distractions and leaving his thoughts crystal clear.

Sitting on the luxurious throne, Lucian couldn't help but marvel. "So this is what cultivation speed +100% feels like?"

Even though he hadn't begun cultivating or acquired any techniques, the enhanced state of focus was undeniable.

"Strange as it is, this really works," he muttered, closing his eyes to enjoy the serene sensation.

Suddenly, movement outside caught his attention. Through the restroom window, Lucian noticed shapes forming in the gray mist.

"Another monster wave already?"

Peering closer, he saw them—hulking figures, resembling gorillas with disproportionately long arms and shaggy gray fur. Their small heads and massive builds gave them an intimidating appearance.

They roared as they charged toward the territory, their heavy footfalls shaking the ground.

"Damn, those things look like tanks!" Lucian muttered. "There's seven of them… and they're massive!"

Despite the urgency, he stayed put, relying on his defense towers.

Lucian focused on controlling the Fart Tower first.

The human-shaped stone atop the tower trembled and emitted a series of comical "pfft" sounds as green gas billowed out, enveloping the charging monsters.

The once-ferocious creatures staggered, their movements slowing as if their strength had been sapped away.

"What a difference," Lucian mused. "They went from unstoppable tanks to frail old men."

The Inferno Tower activated next, the prism atop its spire glowing brightly as it prepared to unleash its power.

Boom!

A massive fireball shot out, trailing flames as it hurtled into the group of monsters.

The explosion was deafening. Three of the beasts were obliterated instantly, their remains scattering across the battlefield.

The remaining four were injured but stubbornly pressed on, though their progress was agonizingly slow under the gas's debilitating effects.

Lucian allowed himself a small grin. "They won't last long."

Ten seconds later, another fiery projectile from the Inferno Tower finished the job.

Victory Achieved

The system chimed in Lucian's mind.

[Battle Results]

Enemies Defeated: 7 Level 5 Behemoths.

Outcome: Victory!

Base Rewards: 7 Void Origin Stones.

Bonus Rewards: 50 Void Crystals, Skill Book [Eight Trigrams Fist].

"A skill book?" Lucian's excitement rose as he exited the restroom, his curiosity piqued.

As he stepped outside, the battlefield was clear. The remains of the monsters had already disintegrated, leaving behind seven glowing chests.

He collected the [Behemoth Kill Chests] and opened them one by one.

Loot Results:

Void Crystals x2

Void Crystal x1, Void Origin Stone x1

Void Crystals x2, Equipment [Lens of True Sight]

"Not bad!" Lucian exclaimed, his spirits lifting. The seven chests yielded a total of 13 Void Crystals, 2 Void Origin Stones, and one piece of equipment.

He stored the crystals and stones, then turned his attention to the newly acquired item.

[Lens of True Sight]

Type: Equipment

Grade: White

Level: 1

Attributes: +1 Spirit

Enchantment: [Appraisal Skill] (10/10 uses).

Description: "Understanding your enemy is the key to victory."

Lucian grinned. "This'll be perfect for scouting future monster waves or even appraising rare items."

The skill book also intrigued him, but he decided to save it for later. First, he needed to make sure everything in the territory was in order.

As he stepped back into the territory, Lin Daiyu approached him, her calm demeanor hiding a hint of curiosity.

"Master, did the battle go well?" she asked softly.

Lucian flashed a confident smile. "Without a hitch. The defense towers did most of the work, but I think the real MVP was the Fart Tower."

Lin Daiyu raised a delicate eyebrow, a faint smile gracing her lips. "Your territory is full of surprises, Master."

Her gentle amusement put Lucian at ease, and he nodded. "We're making good progress. Let's keep this momentum going."
