Ragon had completely obliterated all the catapults, without breaking a sweat. They never expected such speed and attack.
However, King Harlan of Elsythia was not ready to concede defeat. He sat comfortably on his throne in the middle of the forest, a smug grin spreading across his face.
"Your Majesty," his advisor spoke cautiously, wiping the sweat from his brow. "I don't think we can withstand their attacks any longer if we continue this fight."
Harlan waved his hand dismissively. "Nonsense! We're not backing down. We still have Taka." His lips curled into as he glanced to his right.
Standing silently in the shadows was a figure in black robes, and he had a purple aura swirling around him.
"But Your Majesty, what if they discover—"
"Ha!" Harlan's laughted through the trees. "As long as we avoid direct conflict with the Holy Church, we can always bribe our way out of trouble. Now... Taka, get to work."
