6 years before canon ~
It took me quite a bit of effort and time to finally master my own version of the iconic rasengan.
After a long-awaited time, I have this ball of energy in my hand. The concentration it takes to make this thing work is tiring. It's not like I have clones to help me shorten the training process.
The rasengan training process did help me focus more in mastering Sage Mode.
Now I can proudly say that I don't need much time to enter sage mode. I can maintain this form for a short amount of period with ease.
"Yes, I will be right there." I hear my mom frantically running in a hurry.
It must be an emergency patient.
It can't be—
The timing alligns perfectly for that day. The battle between All For One and All Might. I did knew it was 6 years before the canon started. I have been keeping track of the timeline with the help of momo's age. I didn't knew the exact day they had fought. I can't really do much to help when two Titans fight eachother. Not yet at least.
I quickly tailed behind my mom to watch it in person. My mom didn't really mind me tagging along, since according to her, I had a deep understanding of the world for my age.
We arrived pretty quick at the hospital. I wasn't allowed to go near the operating room. Well, all of this is supposed to be kept hidden from the general public, so it wouldn't be surprising to stop my nosy self.
I saw Nighteye and Gran Torino outside the operating room. The air around them was solemn. Everyone was looking down and it had the feeling of being at a funeral.
After waiting a while, my mom finally came out of the operating room.
"He will live," She said in a very raspy voice.
Everyone looked relived after hearing those words.
He never died in the canon, so I wasn't surprised that he wasn't dead now. The only difference would be that his condition would be even better than his canon counterpart because of the "Hands of God".
After a while, I got to witness the same thing that happened in cannon, where Nighteye screams at Allmight about his inevitable future.
With the end of all the drama, I finally got to meet and talk with him. The No. 1 Hero in Japan.
I asked to spar with him after his recovery, which made him laugh for the first time on this depressing day.
"Mom, I want to learn to heal people like you."
That sentence caught her off guard. She simply smiled at me and nodded her head.
She seemed really happy, maybe because this was the first time I asked something to her.
I already had a basic understanding of the human body from my previous life. It shouldn't be too difficult for me. And if I can incorporate sage energy to accelerate the healing process in the body, then my quirk will prove to be more valuable than it already is.
Mystical Palm Technique. That's my goal for learning healing. This will add another layer to my power. A battle healer hero doesn't sound too bad.
After that day, my mom has been teaching me a lot about how to heal people. And with the powers I showed her, she became even more active in teaching me.
She even jokingly called me "The vitality of humanity". With the way my quirk could bypass common knowledge, it's not too far-fetched to take on that title.
....…
2 years before cannon ~
I have learned a lot during these years. I can now naturally enter Sage Mode at any given time.
Oh, and I finally started working out. Shocking, right? I needed to build my body to it's peak point. I had to get ready for that day. The incident that took place 2 years before canon. I may not have been powerful enough to stop All For One, but I believe I am ready to take that guy on. I don't know the exact time and date that happened, so I started jogging for its lookout, disguised as a daily run.
You should have seen how shocked my parents were when I told them I was doing daily laps around the city.
My mom didn't belive what I was saying, and my dad, on the other hand called it hormonal changes. That old fart made a joke out of it every day.
At the school, there were already talks of choosing a college for high school. There was one particular senior who was about to graduate.
Nejire Hado, a girl with a very bubbly personality.
It wasn't hard to become friends with her. She has a very friendly personality and is easy to talk with.
And here she was, bawling her eyes out. How easily does she get attached to people?
My shirt is all soaked now.
"We will meet again, right?"
"Yeah, I will see you at UA. Make sure to keep training."
I first met her in the annual school festival. She lost her puppy in the crowd.
Watching her go through stalls to ask people if anyone had seen her dog made me want to help her. I used my sensory ability to easily find the small life form.
After locating it, I made sure to gently hold her puppy. The smile she had when she finally got back to her dog was quite breathtaking. She did cry again at that time too.
After that incident, we quickly became friends. And since that day she has been bothering me to spend more time with her. She seem like one of those who can't let people go after being attached with them.
The most funniest part is when she tries to sneak up on me. I naturally am in a heightened state of mind most of the time. It's a passive ability that helps me to never get caught off guard. I always love to see her reaction when she fails to catch me from behind.
She makes a weird face with puffed cheeks.
I am enjoying too much of these everyday life. I could never ask for more. A happy family and a happy life. That's all I wanted and what I have right now.
I will be sure to eliminate all the dangers that will pose a threat to this happy life.
