Stellar Prison 78.
The Stellar Prisons, currently 135 built, each about 20% full with criminals from their locations, massive structures made to accomodate both criminals and guards with sleeping quartes, food, communication and transport, the 78th is currently the fullest at 40% of the cells occupied.
East Wing, Hallway.
"You know, sometimes I wonder if the prison would be better fuller or emptier." A guard said to another, "I get what you, fuller means more stuff to do, emptier mean more tranquillity." The other responded with a solemn nod in understanding.
As they talked, there was a sudden boom that echoed through the building, prompting them to begin running towards the noise., but they couldn't make it as there soon was another explosion right beside them that knocked them out.
12 Hours Later.
"Ughh... What?" One guard groaned as he regained consciousness, only to realize that he was currently being dragged by an escaped convict, "Oh you woke up pig!" The convict mocked with a smug tone, "Really took your time you know?" He informed jockingly before tossing the guard to the wall and pointed a plasma rifle at him, "Not that it matters." The convict smirked in satisfaction.
Staring at the barrel of the rifle, the guard thought he was done for, until he noticed something approaching from behind the convict, "H-hey... What's that behind you...?" He asked, still slightly stunned from the explosion, "Hah! As if I would believe a trick like-!" The convict stopped when he noticed a shadow on the wall and turned in a hurry.
In his sight was now a girl with long gray wooly hair, large yellow ram horns, yellow eyes with bags that made her look tired, particularly fit looking and wearing a sweater the same shade as her hair, all traits commonly seen in- "AN ARIETI!?" The convict screamed in terror as he tried shooting er, only for the plasma shot to get absorbed into the Arietis horns.
Now charged, the girl stepped forward and punched the convict in the stomach sending all the energy bursting at the moment of the impact, causing his entrails to burst out of his back and splatter on the wall, "OH GOD!!" The guard screamed in shock and fear from the gruesome display.
With the convict dealt with, the girls attention was all on the guard now, who scurried back as she approached him, "Wait! No, no no nooo!!" He lamented and covered his eyes with his arm to not witness his doom, only to realize he was perfectly fine, "Huh?" He let out as he uncovered his eyes to see the sheep girl holding out a hand.
"That was seriously pathetic." She commented with the same unbothered look as she had before, prompting the guard to grab her hand and get pulled to his feet, "W-well I'm sorry if I got scared from seeing someone explode in front of me!" He excused himself, but it was clear that the Arieti didn't hold any sympathy.
Turning to look at the rest of the of the chaos, the girl began walking to it, "Wait, who are you?" The guard asked in confusion, "Arh... Just call me Kurotsuji." The now named girl responded in an exasperated tone before hurrying her step to avoid answering more questions.
Kurotsuji made her way through any debris she found along the way until she found a room that was relatively untouched, "Holding cells... The breakout must have been a set up." She realized as she looked at how relatively pristine the area looked, "Should look for the warden." She decided.
Taking a few hallways, Kurotsuji ended up finding the execution block, "There must be scum here to have an execution block..." She rationalized and then frowned almost unnoticeably at the sight of corpses, "RIght... Must have been a lot of weapons here." She realized before starting to inspect the corpses to find out how recent this was.
Upon full inspection two things came up, cold bodies, and one is the warden, "Dammit..." Kurotsuji muttered, but then realized something, "All the weapons here are energy weapons, how are there holes in them?" She wondered outloud.
Being busy wondering clouded her perception as something huge came bursting through the wall and slammed her into another, "Ahh... So there was another living thing..." Someone said.
Looking at who it was she saw a guy wearing some kind of skull, "Who the fuck are you!?" She questioned, angry at being squished at the wall, "People call me Splinter, I'd say more, but... You're going to die so it'd be wasted breath." He said before starting to walk away, "Lycart, kill her nd come back when you're done." Splinter finally instructed.
