Max didn't head directly to the shop for the spirits. Instead, he first approached a stall full of masks. However, due to the chaos, the stall was overturned, and masks were scattered everywhere.
He picked one up and inspected it, only to notice that it strangely had no holes for the eyes to see through. The mask was completely white in color.
"I don't need eyes when I'm in Three Dimensional Body mode," Max muttered as he put the mask on. Darkness swallowed his vision, but it was quickly replaced by a much clearer view of everything happening around him.
With the mask on, he didn't waste any time and made his way toward the shop.
As he walked, he ignored all the monsters that came his way. His priority was to ensure he saved Mimi's friends.
Some time later, Max stood before the shop, surrounded by monsters roaming the market.
