After leaving the Window he found that it was nighttime, he started to walk through the empty streets of Human Settlement A.
When Window's first appeared on Earth there were no awakener's and the militaries from every country tried to enter the Window's, only to never see anyone who entered come back. They eventually prohibited the entry of Window's until the first Window Openings.
[Bronze] rank Window's from all around the world started to pour out monsters and the governments tried to fight back, but soon learned just why none of their military troopers can back out.
Modern weapons such as guns had a limited effect on the otherworldly beasts and left the whole world in a panic. Without any way to fight back all major cities were destroyed, but when all hope seemed lost a few people from all across what was North America and liberated the city of Denver.
They then gathered survivors and moved them to the rescued city before renaming it to Human Settlement A.
Once the commotion settled down and more people awakened they leader of the group's innate rune to teleport around the world and work with the awakeners to create strongholds for humanity.
When control returned to humanities side the leader of the group, Alexander Lunaris, established the Diver's Association and become the president of the whole world.
Without out him there would have been no life left on earth. The Diver's Association made a identification card for all awakeners that was linked to they're soul as well as the Unified Bank of the World.
When the card was made the association allowed for it to upgrade the rank of an awakener based on two criteria, Soul Level and if the Diver had cleared a dungeon of the rank they were to promote too.
Looking at his status he looked at his soul points to increase his soul level.
[Soul Level - 900/10000]
'I have a lot of Window's in my future.'
His thoughts were interrupted by the familiar monotone voice of the system.
[I suggest that the Host looks at the Auto-Farm feature.]
While walking he looked down at the bottom of his status and the previously greyed out option was now the same white color as the rest of the words in his status.
[Auto-Farm: Ready]
He clicked on the button and a new screen popped up. It was mostly empty with 9 squares evenly placed around the screen. 8 of them were empty, but the top left was glowing and had a picture of a slime on it. In bold letters underneath it read 'Slime Cave'.
When he clicked on it multiple dings rang through his head.
[+500 Soul Points]
[+1 [Bronze] Body Strengthening Rune]
[+1 [Bronze] Spatial Storage Ring]
"Hahaha"
The man that walked by Jack gave him a dirty look as he walked by.
'This is crazy so I can get rewards without doing anything.'
[The Auto-Farm features gives rewards from a cleared Window twice a day, but the rewards vary and depending on your luck you could get nothing.]
Jack listened to the system's brief on the new feature and brushed off the last part of its speech, only thinking about the first half.
'I won't have to enter a Window again! I'm set for life!'
[The feature will only work if the Host clears a new Window every week. The limit is 9 [Bronze] Windows before you need to clear higher ranked Windows.]
'There goes my dream of living a quiet life.'
Finding that the items from Window appeared in his pocket he took of the spatial storage ring and looked at. While staring he found that a system panel appeared with the description of the ring.
[[Bronze] Spatial Storage Ring - Can carry non living items inside. 2x2 meter space inside.]
Any spatial storage ring was a blessing to have since it can carry almost any item, but also the fact that it is the rarest item that can drop from a monster and has never been found from a boss monster.
It may be the only drop that could trump his [Silver] Body Strengthening rune.
All of a sudden he found himself at his destination. The bright D.A letters shined across the whole city and was a symbol of safety for the masses.
Jack walked inside and found the same lady who had previously finished his awakened paperwork with him. Before he could make it too the desk he heard a man calling out to him.
"So you survived."
He turned around to find a familiar head of blonde hair, in front of him was the person he hated the most, Oliver Miller.
Oliver was the son of the orphanage owner and had tormented Jack the whole time he had been at the orphanage.
"How dare you look at me like that. I know all about you [Bronze] rank innate rune, you are nothing but a piece a trash compared to me who awakened [Gold] rank innate rune."
Jack just stood there looking at Oliver, for there was nothing he could do that would help himself out of the situation.
"Stop looking at me like that you dog."
He threw a punch towards Jack, but he was already prepared and activated his body strengthening rune before jumping back. The receptionist finally looked up at the two men and shouted.
"You two, if you don't stop fighting now I will have to bring you to the Branch Leader."
Immediately Oliver backed off, but before leaving he whispered to Jack.
"Next time I see you you're dead."
Afterwards he called his two group mates and walked out.
Once Jack confirmed that he had left, the essence that was fueling his body strengthening rune ended and he let out a sigh.
He walked towards the desk to ask the women a question after pulling out the circular rune he spoke to her.
"The association still buys these right?"
Before the receptionist spoke she noticed the ring on his finger and thought for a moment.
"Yes Sir, please wait a moment while I get in contact with the rune department."
