Hello WSA gonna happen tomorrow. This book will be joining the WSA under the same name "The Author's Playground" but different pen name. "SquareRoot"
As promised to someone, I'll mass-release 5 chapters per day until I reach the stockpile of 25 chapters.
I'll be discussing the difference of WSA version and this.

01: About the change of pacing.
I did mentioned that this version was just my idea of what kind of story I've always wanted to write and how it will go on. Thus it felt so out of place and fast pace. (Everything written here should be taken as a grain of salt)
The WSA version is the novel I put my most effort onto. There will be a massive change in the sequence of the events, but over all it will still follow the main plot here. And so, I recommend everyone to start reading from chapter 1 since a lot was added there for more context.
02: About The MC, Elijah.
Elijah's attitude here is simpler and more direct. He simply wants to write the way he likes thus he doesn't care even if he ends up killing and using someone for his own gain.
I still kept that attitude in the WSA version, I love it when my MC acts like that. However, I did add a lot about his background and his personality in the WSA version.
When writing about Elijah I did a lot of brainstorming. I received a wall of problems on how I should write Elijah to make his actions more sense from viewer's point of view.
I wanted Elijah to maintain his quirkiness, manipulative, and psychotic tendency, while also having the viewers to sympathize with him.
(After all, if I made his actions only for his sake to survive, then I ended up making another cliche MC.) -its not Elijah if he's kind.
"Elijah was a spitting image of my imperfection. My hatred when I first started writing. I wanted to mold him the way I see myself, and how difficult it is to be an author with no talent."
But to do that, how do I make him more humane?
I admit, it was very hard that I actually took a lot of trial and error, eventually, I found a way to make his personality be more complicated.
(I'll let you guess what it is)
About Characters.
The characters in this story remain the same, but they way they met might differ from this version
For instance, Victoria met Elijah during the ceremony. But I intend to skip the ceremony part and focus the life inside the academy more.
Aside of that, their personality and backstory relatively stayed the same.
I did add two more characters that wasn't intended to be in the story. Those characters had the most impact to Elijah throughout the story. (Will not tell you who >:P but the first one should be obvious)
