Chapter 1 - 1

Yang Tian sat at his cluttered desk, the clock on the wall ticking ominously toward 12:25 AM. The fluorescent lights flickered overhead, casting a harsh glow on the screen in front of him.

His manager had just dropped a bombshell: he needed the project framework completed by 8 AM. The pressure was suffocating, but Yang Tian had grown accustomed to the demands of his third-rate company.

At 30 years old, he was a middle-aged office worker, an orphan who had spent his childhood in an orphanage.

His talent for computers had earned him scholarships and accolades in various competitions, but now he found himself trapped in a monotonous routine, working a grueling 9-to-5 job.

The only escape he had was in the pages of novels and the frameworks he reviewed for publications related to stories, manga, and games.

As he typed furiously, his mind began to drift, memories flooding back like a tide. He recalled the struggles of his past life, the loneliness of growing up without a family, and the fleeting moments of joy he found in technology and storytelling.

Just as fatigue began to take hold, he slumped forward, his head resting on the cool surface of the desk. The last image he saw before drifting into unconsciousness was that of a man wielding purple chains, lightning crackling around him

In a grand palace within the Heavenly Soul Empire, a child was born into the illustrious Yang family.

The Yang family held the title of Duke and governed the largest territory in the empire, comprising ten cities that rivaled even the capital in prestige.

Despite their limited number of cities, they ranked among the top three families in the empire, alongside the capital and the formidable Body Sect.

Three years had passed since that fateful day, and the child, named Yang Tian, had grown into a bright and inquisitive boy.

He had accepted the reality of his rebirth into the world of Douluo Dalu, specifically during the timeline of the "Peerless Tang Sect" novel.

However, the Yang family was not mentioned in the original story, leaving him with a sense of intrigue and uncertainty.

Young Yang Tian, now an inquisitive toddler, explored the opulent halls of his ancestral home. His laughter echoed through the corridors, a stark contrast to the quiet life he once led.Ā

Yang Tian discovered the situation of present timeline in the family library, where he stumbled upon detailing the history of the Heavenly Soul Empire.

His excitement surged when he realized he was in the same timeline as Huo Yuhao, the protagonist of the novel. Yet, beneath the surface of his blissful existence lay a burning curiosity about his parents' martial souls.

In this world, strength was everything, and he longed to know what powers coursed through his blood.

His parents, Duke Yang Zhen and Duchess Qian Yun, often deflected his inquiries, promising that he would know when the time came for his own martial soul awakening.

Despite his curiosity, Yang Tian remained undeterred. He knew he would awaken his martial soul at the age of six, and he was determined to prepare himself.

He understood that strengthening his body and cultivating his spirit would be essential for acquiring higher-quality soul rings and the meat of soul beasts can enhance his soul power to certain extent.

With these thoughts swirling in his mind, Yang Tian climbed into bed, the weight of his new life settling around him like a warm blanket.

He closed his eyes, ready to embrace whatever destiny awaited him in this douluo world.

At same time, In Douluo God Realm.
