Haman woke up in pain. He immediately almost hurled what little he ate, but being so used to this , forecefully shut his mouth and swallowed. Months upon month of having barely eating has trained his body to try its hardest not to throw up.
He could barely see because of the the strange liquid, and by the smell of something foul in the air, he new this was the stench of a flareaboo, a type of bug that absorbed colder solar energy from the reflective moon, and burned bright in the day time.
After 30 minutes, Haman's eyes finally adjusted to the darkness, he soon realized there was a faint cyan glow in the room, which came from Ancimoss, which when they decay, they emit light.
Haman looks at the floor and finds three books, and a medium size plate of food. He instantaneously moves the books to the side and begins devouring the meal, finishing it in under thirty seconds. Soon after he beautifully slumbers, without a care in the world.

He woke up once again in the room, but this time the flareaboo's were active and burning bright, allowing him to get a good view in his room.
The room was 7 by 7 by 60 meters, but the strange thing about it was that as the walls went up, it slowly went from square to more circular until at the top, and the circle became smaller and smaller until it came to a point. A few meters below the point at the top, there was a a bunch of iron bar windows in irregular and inconvenient places.
The whole structure was made out of a black stone, with faint light red veins coming out of it, resembling magma cooling. The floor was stark white, with stratches and cracks, indicating that something was in here before, or that it's a very old facility.
Haman didn't get a good look at what was on the floor at night due to his insatiable hunger, but that he had a level head, he could finally calm down pick up what was on the floor.
He bent down and picked up three books labeled; "storm steps", " wind palm", and "cloud sheath". "These techniques all complement each other, it's like attack defence and movement" Haman said allowed, with out a care in the world for who heard him.
"Can you shut up! Did you not realize that stuff yesterday, idiot?" A raspy but childish voice yelled from was seemed like at the least 40 meters away. Haman didn't despond, months of being berated by the hole guards has taught him not to respond to anything negative, no matter how mad he got.
After a while Haman decided to to read all the books, and then something caught him by surprise. It seemed like there was at least ten times the information in the books than it seemed! The flimsy books didn't even look like they had more than forty pages in them including the front and back cover, but reading it you would find out you could flip the pages to well over five hundred.
Haman quickly realized that he wasn't just in here fore no apparent reason, the people that put him here put him her to train him. Knowing that, Haman at that very moment, dedicated however long he was going to be in there, to completing that training.

Months go by without Haman making a single sound, other then when he devour his food. By then his throughly fullly healed and the rest of his alements were gone. He also started working out to prepare himself for the training.
In this world, to do anything, your body needs to be in pretty good shape to absorb and utilize the millions of different types of energies in the atmosphere. Luckily for Haman, he only needed to absorb the wind energy that was already coming through those windows at the top. Using that, he had to store it in his energy core.
Once someone established an energy core through absorbing a type of energy, you could generate said energy in your energy core without needing outside energy in the atmosphere. The only downside is that if you didn't have a dual energy core that could store two energies at once, or if you didn't have a method to gain another energy in your energy core, than you could only use that specific element or anything under that energy. Like if you were to absorb water energy, you could only use water,ice, steam, vapour, snow or any other techniques related to water.
There was only one method to bypass this slightly, it is to plant one sliver of outside energy in the middle of your energy core, than absorb a lot of another energy.
This method works because the small sliver of that other energy is too small for the body to acknowledge as a main energy source, but also too small for your body to detect once you fill up your energy core with another energy.
Haman did not know it yet, but he mistakenly put in a sliver of Seraphic energy in his energy core,which would, with other fortunate events, lead to Haman being strength incarnate.

Once Haman gathered and absorbed enough wind energy for his energy core to start making wind energy itself, began absorbing way more wind energy than before.
There were any stages in cultivation in this world. Haman was now at the very first stage: lower marble stage.
There are a lot of stages in this world but the 10 main ones were: marble stage, large marble stage, small ball stage, ball stage , large ball stage, then there is a tribulation to reach from large ball stage to moon stage, then star stage, laege star stage, then at last, black black whole stage.
In between those stages there was; lower, middle, upper, and final.( etc. lower marble stage, final black hole stage
Thousands of years ago, there were many people beyond black hole stage, but they either died or ascended to a higher plane.
Now back to the story.

Haman gathered and gathered energy for an entire year, until he reached final marble stage, which finally allowed him to train the techniques without receiving any backlash.
Techniques you could learn depend on what stage you are. if they didn't, then you would have weak people learning the strongest of techniques and wrecking havoc on the world. The techniques ts at Haman needed to learn all as a stage requirement of middle marble stage, but that's just the bare minimum, so he needed to be even stronger than that to be able to use the techniques without backlash.
The one issue about him learning the techniques, was his dreams.
